Google Sheets data not passing to DocuSign for calculation

Can anyone help? My zap: Each time a new Google Sheet row is added, send a DocuSign envelope with data from the google sheet row Issue: Some of the fields from the Google Sheet are not passing/showing up in my DocuSign template. In this case, the missing fields are supposed to be used to calculate formulas in DocuSign. I think the issue has to do with the fact that, in DocuSign, any fields used for calculations must be “validated’ as either Numbers or Dates. So i have numbers in my google sheet, and as far as i can tell they are the exact format that DocuSign wants. But for some reason they are not showing up in docusign no matter how i change the formatting settings. Can anyone help?

Carry out different actions based on response to questions via email

Hello, I'm looking for solution recommendations.  Currently I'm using Zapier with Airtable, Gmail, and webhooks.  In short, I'd like to automate an interaction with customers through email.Specifically I'd like to support the Airtable base collaborators who are managing the outreach to several clients at a time.  They would select a client to contact, and would trigger sending the email.  What I'm looking for help with is the following steps:  1. send a "yes or no?" question to a single client2. get the response back into my base3. depending on the answer, automate further action.I've mocked up a simple solution using Zapier actions to send the email with a webhook to catch the response.The webhook's url is appended with html query parameters that are embedded into yes/no hyperlinks in the email body.  The query params contain the triggering record's ID and the client's response.When the webhook catches the ping, the triggering record is found and the record updated with the response.

WordPress Taxonomy field only showing number rather than string value

I have connected my Zapier with a WordPress front-end form so that when a user submits the form specific fields will be created as a new row on a Google Sheets document.One of my fields are linked to a Taxonomy on WordPress but when the value of the field comes over to Zapier, it is only showing a number, rather than the string value of the Taxonomy?Any ideas how I can change this?Thanks.

Google Sheets update from webhook/form - update only cells if there is data in form

I have a Google Sheets table, with data, the first column is the ID.I have a website with a form, witha webhook.After form is submitted, webhook triggered.I lookup the “ID” with zapier from the Google Sheets table.Then I want to update only those cells which contain data from the form, but leave untouched with the original data the other cells. The table contains looooots of data and 500+ rows. Do you have an idea how to do this?

Salesforce Zap, keep getting a "We couldn’t find a record" message

I've been trying to set up a Zap where when a Salesforce opportunity stage goes to Closed Won it will create a new case in SalesForce. For some reason, I keep getting the following message:“We couldn’t find a recordCreate a new record in your Salesforce ____ account and test your trigger again.”I do have an opportunity that is listed as closed won in my Salesforce account though. So really confused with what's going on.When I swapped it to New Record instead of Updated Field on Record and set the object as Opportunity, it did pull in record though. Attaching screenshot of my Zap set up and Salesforce opportunities.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Grouping API input fields

Is there a way to somehow group input fields?My API has a lot of input fields, but only a few are really required, though to some users all might be important and I cannot exclude any of them. However, if I put everything in, the list of fields is really long and very difficult to read. It would be great if I could somehow group fields, or better yet, have an option to dynamically display fields. I know there are children fields, but not sure that this is the intended use-case - there are no line-items here, just a group of fields that fall into the came category. Also, I know there are dynamic fields as well, but I’m looking more of a show-hide option, where the fields have their default setting, and will be sent to the API, but won’t be shown to the user unless they click a button to show advanced options.

New Deal in Specific stage in Hubspot to update row in Google Sheets, Property Update

Dear all,I would like to update a Google Sheet Row as soon as a deal enters the stage “closed won” in Hubspot. I have managed to setup the zap with all necessary sheet columns, but I would like to reassure what happens with all the other deal properties, e.g. Amount, Set-up fee, Deal owner, Associated AE etc. as part of my chosen Google Sheet 1. Are they also updated as soon as the Trigger “ specific deal stage” hits? I.e. Is all the information transported to the sheet that are in HS at the time when deal stage “DealWon” is achieved? For example, if the Deal Amount changed during a negotiation and was manually updated by an AE In Hubspot to the correct amount in earlier deal stages but before “ClosedWon” triggers, does it take over the amount’s latest update?2. or do I have to use a different zap for every property change I want? (In that case I know that the trigger “deal property change” exists). Thanks!

How to trigger a Zap based on a specific HubSpotCRM field and then delay a SMS to tomorrow morning?

Hi All, I use HubspotCRM as my CRM system and I use ClicksendSMS as the SMS service. When i create an order in HubspotCRM, I always set the ‘Customer Deposit Paid’ field as No. This is because i always receive the deposit a few days after the customer has signed the contract. Once i receive the deposit, I go into HubspotCRM and the change the field from No to Yes. What i require is: When ‘Customer Deposit Paid’ field changes from No to Yes, then on the next day at 10am, send a SMS to the customer stating that their deposit has been received. I sometimes update HubspotCRM very late at night so I don’t want a SMS sent to the customer at an unsociable time. This is why i require to have a delay for the next morning at 10am. How do i do this? I cant figure out how to trigger the Zap when the field changes to Yes, I can only see the option of when the field changes...this counts even when i set it to No when i set up the deal in HubspotCRM which is not useful for sending a SMS. Updating Airtable from Google Sheet without exceeding record limit

I have a multi sheet Airtable Base and it contains multiple columns, one of which is zip code.   I have a table in Google sheets which has zip code, city, state, and country.We manually add records to our base, and we would like to be able to ‘reach’ into the gsheet and pull back the city, state, and country into the base.    I have tried many avenues, but to no avail, other than having a sheet in my base with that information listed.   That puts me past the allowed number of records in airtable.   Does anyone have a solution and/or suggestion?

I’m trying to make an REST API call to an app that uses OAuth2 for authentication. I need to be generate an OAuth Access Token to make an API call in Zapier. OAuth tokens expire so I would need to run it each time the zap is triggered. Is there a way to do this in Zapier?

How do I setup payroll zap from Jobber that can handle variable rates?

I use Jobber to manage my business. But it doesn't have a way to pay my 1099 contractors a variable flat rate on jobs (the rate for each job & sometimes each visit is different)It looks like New Invoice Created is the only Jobber trigger I can use but I’m lost after that. I'd like to set up an integration between Jobber and maybe a payroll program that has the ability to pay variable flat rates to contractors. So, the Zap would look like this…Trigger-New invoice creation in jobberResult…?I’m not even sure what I could add to my invoices for Zapier to be able to identify which contractor it was. Might have to add initials or something in the job and use Zapier fields.Jobber doesnt export much into Zapier unfortunately. Only a few triggers and limited data. So even if we have to do a multi program or multi step Zap...that would work too.  I've researched how I can do that for hours now and I could really use some help :(

Unable to see content or the thumbnail url server side

Dear All,we are building an application using a Zap that posts data to a webhook every time an Instagram post is created. I set up the zap and the webshook url, but I cannot see the content or the thumbnail url on our server side in the webhook.When I check the zap history, I can see proper values for most properties for “Data in”, but for the content and the thumbnail url all I see is this:caption: {{139215123__caption}}thumbnail: {{139215123__thumbnail_url}} How should I set this up so I can access these values as well, and then send them to our webhook?

How to import order info from Printavo into Excel and replace when updated

Hello All,I am currently using a zap to import order information from Printavo into an excel spreadsheet whenever order information is changed.  Sometimes I will make multiple changes to the same invoice number and I would like to replace the old information with the new information based on having the same Invoice #.  I do not want to have multiple rows with the same invoice number.  Is this something that can be done with Formatter or do I need a VBA macro to perform such actions.  Thanks so much for your help!
