Apologies if this is a common question, I am new to this platform. I would also need a way to add all previous members to this spreadsheet as well.Edit: I am struggling to get Zapier to find the user the role was added to. I need it to, when a role is added to a user, for zapier to find the user, find their row in the document (and if that row does not exist i need it to make it) and then input/update their name and roles to that row.I have the trigger set up so that when a role is added to someone their user ID is found, however it does not show any results.
With the new Zapier tables ability to import Google Sheets data I have a question if anyone can help answer?When you import the sheet will it continually update the Zapier table when new data is added and removed from the Google Sheet?
Hello, I would like to integrate monday.com with google sheets using zapier. I would like to be able to make updates to my google sheets that automatically update my monday.com board. I used the current zap below, but this only updates one row at a time into monday.com, not multiple rows. Would someone be able to help me figure out how I can make a multiple updates to my googlesheets that are reflected on my monday.com board? Thank you! trying update certain cells within a monday board when google sheets gets updated. We are trying to have a live spreadsheet which get updated everyday and we would like this to update monday board as well. I can get google sheets to add a row but I cant seem to find a way to update individual cells. Is there a way this can be done using a zap?
Hi,I’m creating a Zap so when we get Deals a Slack channel is created per Deal.Once a channel is created, some people should be automatically invited to the Channel.Workflow is this:1. When a deal is created, a Slack Channel will be created - working2. Once a Slack Channel is created, some people are added to the Channel. -- this one is not working. there’s an error message “Channel_not_found”3. When is the new member trigger on facebook going to become available? I’ve seen requests going back years. Is this actually in the works? I really really need a trigger for new members and a zap that can add the new member and their answers to the membership questions to a google sheet.
I am trying to create a Zap that duplicates a folder in Clickup when a Contract is signed in Dubsado, the only issue is I seem to pull the wrong information, it is not retrieving the correct information from Clickup, any feedback on this?
Hi, There is action to “Find Email” in Gmail integration but it is returning only one at a time. Is there a way to retrieve a list by iterating over via some kind of pagination mechanism or Zapier is planning for that? It doesn’t have support for the “App Request” action so using that I can manually trigger the APis so We are stuck. Kindly let me know if there is way to retrieve the emails as list or if Zapier is planning for that in the future.

Hi,I use Google Sheet and set up a trigger through Zapier for the contact form fields to be added as a new row in an existing Google Sheet. My issue is that the new row is always being added to the very bottom of the sheet but I’m wondering if there is a way that when it’s added it will be automatically sorted in date order.Is there a way to make Zapier write in date order?Thanks a lot

I have a funnel in ClickFunnels that contains multiple upsells and downsells of physical products tied to my Shift4Shop store. I have a successful zap that creates an order when the first upsell is purchased, but I would like to either 1) add the next upsell/downsell to that existing order, or 2) create another order for the next upsell/downsell within the same zap. I just don’t want to have multiple zaps for every upsell in a funnel. If there is only one trigger allowed per zap, I am not sure how I can tell it to look for the upsell in a different funnel step after the first funnel step.

I’ve connected my Checkmarket survey to Smartsheets via Zapier however some of the questions are multi-line questions - such as “your information” there is are separate lines within the same question for first name, last name, email, etc however when I am in the Action part of adding the response to Smartsheet its mapping these as a string with comma separator (John, Smith, john.smith@test.com). What I need is for those to be separate fields on the smartsheet which is already setup with the separate columns. So how do I parse the string - mind you I need a no code/low code response please.

I am trying to get square shop orders into Mailerlite. I read in another post that if I use the Squarespace developor API Key for ORDERS, I can then get all orders to appear in a google sheet and then zap them into mailerite.I cant find that post now My questionsI have set up the Developor API key for orders in squarespace How do I get the orders to show in a googlesheet so I can then zap them? Is it possible to zap different shop items into different subscriber groups or tags in Mailerlite?Thanks

Hello - I am in need of urgent assistance regarding Zapier’s script timeout of 30 secs. Is there *anyway* possible way to increase this limit? You can increase from 10 to 30 seconds via upgrading, why can you not pay to increase further? Thanks in advance for any and all ideas + help.

I’m working on a Zap that take the output of a long Microsoft Form and sends it to PDF Monkey. A bunch of the questions are long-answer with the potential for line breaks, and I’d like to convert those line breaks (“/n”) to html <br> tags. I know I can us the Formatter, but as far as I can tell, I have to do a formatter for each potential field in the Excel Spreadsheet the form dumps the responses into (the actual zap pulls form the spreadsheet, with the ”new row” trigger) I’d really love a simple to way to do the same replace function on every column/cell/field in the new row, without having to set up a bunch of separate Formatters for each column/cell/field or having to specify each column/cell/field in a Code zap or similar (I’ve seen some things when searching about converting it to Line Items, but that won't work in my case as it requires comma-separated values and the paragraphs I’m wanting to format would have commas inside them).Is this doable?
So I am using a Zapier webhook on my custom site to post some parameters to be passed on to the next application.My concern is that, currently, the URL is visible to anyone by simply inspecting the page and looking at the JavaScript function.How can I hide it more securely/is this even a concern?
