I have integrated both my HoneyBook and Notion accounts in Zapier. I created a zap have used the ‘New Project Booked in HoneyBook’ as my trigger. I have a few projects book in HoneyBook but only is showing up one very old project as an option to test the trigger. I can get the trigger to work only on the one project, but I have several projects in Honeybook that will not show up. I am trying to do this in one action rather than a filter action. Can anyone provide advice? Thank you!

Hello, I am currently trying to set up a trigger that automatically sends clients that purchased a class of mine to receive instructions to sign waiver before attending in person. I have not been successful trying to make a trigger for Calendly x Waiver forever x zapier outbound email to solve this problem. My outbound email from zapier keeps adding just my most recent email address of client who purchased class. And also don’t know if I even need to send an additional email. Can’t there be a prompt directly from Calendly page? I also added a custom link but doesn’t seem to be a great option to ensure that customer fills it out Please help!!

Has anyone succeeded in using Zapier to toggle the ‘Use Direct Debit’ radio button on an Invoice in QuickBooks Online (UK version)? I’ve checked two of the Actions in Zapier (‘Update invoice’, and ‘Create payment’) but can’t seem to get it to work.The issue I’m trying to resolve is using Scoro to replace recurring transactions in QuickBooks. Scoro can send scheduled invoices to QuickBooks, but if a direct debit is set up for the customer in QuickBooks there is no way (native to the QuickBooks integration in Scoro) to select this as the payment method. I’m thinking that if I have a custom field in Scoro (‘Pay by direct debit’) and this is selected, then this acts as a trigger to for a zap that toggles on the direct debit radio button in QuickBooks, but so far I’m having no luck getting the action to work.

I am new to Keap and Zapier in general. I set up a Zap that will duplicate a spreadsheet when a tag is added to a contact BUT I also then want to set up a Zap that will then add specific contact information to specific rows within the spreadsheet. Can this be done?

Dear all, I would like to automate email replies coming from my contact page on my website.When someone fills in a contact form on my website in filter those. If they are interesting i put them in a specific folder.Once that email is in that folder i would like to send an automatic reply to that person. That reply should contain information which was in their mail and should be sent from my own bussiness mai address. Is this possible? If so how can this be done.I did some research and I think I will need mailparser.io and SMTP, is this correct? Thanks a lot for the help!
Hello everyone,I have a problem with the trigger “new pin in pinterest”, the trigger only detects pins published couple of days before the trigger (see screenshot). I need my trigger to detect the new pins published everyday to get a slack notification but i can’t if pins published 5 days ago are triggered today.Is there a way to fix this ?
Hey everyone, I’ve been new to Zapier and currently trying to figure it all out. We want to connect our Plug and Pay to Zapier + Google Sheets + Slack platform. So everytime there’s a new payment made through Plug and Pay, we will get a notification in our Slack channel. See pictures below. What is going wrong here, does anyone have an idea? We’ve been trying to solve this for 24+ hours now, but can’t figure it out. Everything seems to work, except getting that notification in our Slack. We are looking to clean up our CRM on HubSpot and remove old data in the most automated way possible. Identifying old data could be done effectively by cross-referencing our HubSpot contacts with our Office RnD contacts (Office RnD has a smaller, more updated contact base as it was introduced more recently). Due to the quantity of contacts on our CRM, it would realistically take too much time to manually cross-reference. Is there a way that we can use Zapier to cross-reference this data for us and then point out contacts that are on Hubspot but not on RnD?
No columns populate after choosing my worksheet and spreadsheet… which means a blank row is added to the spreadsheet which doesn’t make sense. I have turned off the zap as suggested before updating the spreadsheet names. I have column headers in the spreadsheet and it’s still not populating. This happened only after I updated the worksheet name. I’ve tried turning the zap off and on, deleting and re-adding the step and even tried to duplicate the zap and it still doesn’t populate the columns.
Within the flow of my automation, errors will happen, and if they do, a path will be taken, if not, a different path will be taken. However, the zapier understands these errors as a problem in my automation and keeps shutting down. What can I do to prevent the zapier from recognizing these errors as problems?
G'day.I'm using Jotform for the various enquiry submission forms we have, and then zapier to trigger the creation of a 'lead project' inside our CRM (Dubsado)… but I'm having a problem with the date formatting.We're in Australia, and I have a feeling that somewhere along the line it’s getting switched 'US' date format.I’m trying to discern where along the line this is happening.When I submit a test enquiry for Dec 10 (that's written 10/12/22 where we are), the Jotform seems to record it correctly (I’ve selected DD/MM/YYYY format on the forms), and the email sent to me has that same date/format.However, the lead that is created in Dubsado is dated Oct 12 (ie. 12/10/22).And if it's a date that can't be so easily reformatted, like Feb 23 (entered as 23/2/22) then the lead in Dubsado gets created with no date recorded.I’ve tried a work around and set the formatting on my Jotform for submission to US style - which technically worked - but this just meant majority of our submitters were unwi
Hey Team, I created two contacts in a Zap and now want to send the same FileInvite to them (as a couple) rather than one each. Is there a way to add two ‘contact Emails’ to the Zap without it causing an error? I have tried using the syntax of; email_1, email_2 and the Zap returns "No contact found with this email address. Please use Create Contact action first.".
