I’m having an issue accessing one of my interfaces. It keeps on showing error 500 | Uh oh, something went wrong. `Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON`.Though I have no issue accessing my other interfaces.
Is there any way to retain values of steps copied between Zaps, especially if those steps look identical?I keep seeing the “Heads up! If you paste this step you’ll have to remove and replace the missing data on this and/or later steps in this Zap.”I don’t understand why there’d be missing data, because this is a case where I’m using the “Utilities in Formatter by Zapier” > “Line Itemizer (Create/Append/Prepend)” and aside from the initial remapping of Values, when subsequent steps use the same exact “Line Item Properties”, can’t those steps just recognize it as the closest match, and have them connect?It’s manual tedium otherwise to have to correct each ❗ missing data error.Having some of “nearest match” — if it doesn’t exist yet — would make copypasting steps between Zaps even better, like a “remap” or “find and replace”-type thing.
Hello. Kind of a newbie to Zapier. I currently have a ton of images attached to a Formstack form that I need to download and archive. Formstack does not have a method of mass downloading images. You can go into each form, and each form entry and manually open each image, download it, close it, and go to the next one. Needless to say, this is less than desirable. I exported all the form entries into a CSV file and they provide a URL to the images, but I’m still in the same boat of manually opening and saving each one. I thought there might be a way with Zapier. I hoped I could create a Google Sheet that had each URL as it’s own record (row) and using that link to upload to Dropbox. It all connected and looks good until I specify what the file is in Google Sheets. Zapier initially sais the field is empty (which it isn’t). I tweaked the URL and added “www.” and then it saw it was not empty. But then when it ran, it just made a TXT file of the URL, not the image I wanted to download. I

In the Facebook Form, under connection, it asks for a URL to link to. I have a zap in place to collect first name, Last Name, Email and phone and send it to my Spark Membership account already.The question is...if I have the Zap set up what am I supposed to put in that URL box?

Good Morningi’m testing zapier for send the facebook leads coming from my facebook ads module and insert it on my database.When i try the mapping for add the right flied text in the right column in database, zapier tell my all fields are required.This is not true, i don’t want to use all fields but only someone.Other things, in my database i have fields “arrivo” and “partenza” where i add the arrivals date and departure date.On facebook module i have only 1 fields with a select where users select the week of holiday, for example: from 01/09/2023 - 08/09/2023 - 7 nights 420 € from 08/09/2023 - 15/09/2023 - 7 nights 400 € etc etc In this case i want to to use only the date and put in database. I’m synching subscriber status between three platforms. When a person unsubscribes from one platform, I zap that to MailerLite, but receive an error (event unsubscribe) if the subscriber doesn’t exist. I’d prefer to do a query first, but that event doesn’t exist. I realize that would consumer an action, but it’s better than risking the zap stopping.How do I request a query event (does subscriber exist) for the MailerLite?
Hi, From my origin action I want to give multiple fields as a output fields. But when I add “ownerside” keyword into output filed, as a inputs fields to another action that keyword reformatted as “Owners I De”. Check the below image as well. Is there solution for that get rid of that?

I am trying to create a zap that updates a task in clickup when a client books a call in calendly. My tasks in clickup are created by client’s first discovery call and it is pulling their first name and last name for task name. I want to add a tag to a task when they schedule their kickoff call. Everything is fine until I get to update the task.
I’m trying to make a zap so that when someone accepts a LinkedIn invitation and it’s updated in Dripify, it will update a Google sheet I have of people that I’m sending invitations to. I want it to add update a cell to say “yes” under the column where I’m keeping track of this (Column i) in the row that has the LinkedIn URL that matches the person that just accepted. Is it possible to update one cell, or can you only create an entirely new row? If it’s possible, how can I have it update the correct row? I’ve attached a screenshot of my spreadsheet for context, and the current zap I’m messing around with.
I’ve been using a single shared Apollo account among our team, and we normally separate our prospecting by saving it into different lists in Apollo:-Is it possible for me to update the ‘Owner’ in Pipedrive based on the owner of different lists in Apollo. I have been connecting Zendesk to a salesforce account. I try to create cases and import comments from salesforce to zendesk.I also have a use case that is bringing some problems. This is the use case:When I add an attachment of a case to Salesforce → please find an existing ticket on zendesk → if the custom field with the Salesforce ID is the same as the Case of the attachment → please add an attachment to ZendeskOn a specific day, I can go to salesforce and see an attachment was made but I didn’t receive the attachment nor in zapier history does it appear that the triggered existed.The attachment was made on the 21st and there was 1 trigger on that day, but not to that attachment.I only received a no-reply e-mail from salesforce saying that a new case was attributed to you.How did zapier did not find a trigger when this happened?I use zendesk support and have an account on salesforce.It could be that before adding an attachment, they should revert the case to me?
I have created a Zap to connect LinkedIn Lead Gen Form to Google Sheet. I have successfully done it. When I click on “Run” manually, it is working fine. But this Zap does not trigger automatically when any user fills Linked Lead Gen Form. I want to get that lead instantly.
Can anyone help? My zap: Each time a new Google Sheet row is added, send a DocuSign envelope with data from the google sheet row Issue: Some of the fields from the Google Sheet are not passing/showing up in my DocuSign template. In this case, the missing fields are supposed to be used to calculate formulas in DocuSign. I think the issue has to do with the fact that, in DocuSign, any fields used for calculations must be “validated’ as either Numbers or Dates. So i have numbers in my google sheet, and as far as i can tell they are the exact format that DocuSign wants. But for some reason they are not showing up in docusign no matter how i change the formatting settings. Can anyone help?
I’m looking for a free way to generate PDF’s from HTML. I was trying to follow this guide: https://www.process.st/help/docs/create-a-pdf-with-zapier/ but it appears that I can’t pass HTML to the Google Doc. Are there any workarounds to convert the HTML into a rich format and create a Google Doc?

Testing that and my Zap appears to be working perfectly, right up to the point where some of the data fields are not being delivered to the server.I am using a webhook as the trigger, and test data is being delivered correctly to the trigger test.My action captures that data, all fields are mapped properly, as you can see in the attached picture. But then when I test the action and look at the data delivered to the server, some of the fields are missing.The missing data comes from dynamic fields, so I assume that's my problem, but the action shows all of the expected key/value fields properly. How can it display all of that properly, but then not deliver the data to the server? I’m not sure where to look for the problem since the tests all show the pro
The SMS by Zapier is connected with Pipedrive and it does not work consistently. Can anyone offer advice? Nothing I’ve been able to find in support addresses the issue. The ZAP says it is sending and its not throwing off error messages. I ‘upgraded’ to another FREE account b/c the system seemed to say the free account I had prior was no longer valid or available or whatever. I had previously fixed an error where the message length exceeded the allowed number of characters. In that case the message delivered was truncated but it still was sending. At the present time, 1 out of 4 messages is sent. I can’t really send screenshots without revealing phone numbers.
I have a reoccurring daily email which attaches a Google Sheet of the same name and sender address. I am trying to automate a Zap which copies the information off of each day’s new google sheet into one sheet (with the same headers.) I’ve been able to run two Zaps which adds each new attachment to a folder on my Drive with a different name for each (the date- and then the static name.) Yet, now I am stuck on how I can copy the information from one sheet to another. I ran a few Zaps that just added blank rows to the Final google sheet, but it failed to copy in the new information. I also tried transferring the data, but that didn’t seem to work as each file has new names, but it’s possible I have just been putting in the information wrong.End goal is get multiple folder files to copy onto one google sheet.Let me know what you think the best operations to achieve this outcome would be.
