I would like to link my company's Instagram account to a dashboard on Monday.com so I can track the performance, such as followers, likes etc. I would also like to do this for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

You can search the list of available Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps
Each app has a profile page that lists the available Zap app triggers/actions.
That will help you determine what Zaps are possible to configure.

That’s really unhelpful, you’re supposed to be an expert. I know I can connect Instagram to Monday.com using Zapier, but I’m struggling to work out how to do it. I don’t understand the some of sections when creating a Zap.
