  • Apollo Integration with Pipedrive - How do I split the owners in Pipedrive according to Apollo list

I’ve been using a single shared Apollo account among our team, and we normally separate our prospecting by saving it into different lists in Apollo:-

Is it possible for me to update the ‘Owner’ in Pipedrive based on the owner of different lists in Apollo. It seems like there’s no such trigger now in Apollo. Any workaround or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Try adding a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Thanks for the reply but I am still stuck on what would be the correct Filter to choose from Apollo because the trigger does not help to differentiate the owners until we manually add the prospects to different lists.

 

Hi @Wan Zi Fern,

+1 to what troy suggested. You can try adding a filter step and mapping the Owner ID to the first field of the filter step then use the “Exactly matches” condition, then type the Owner ID on the last field of the filter step. Like so:

To ensure that everything is works, you will need to publish the Zap and do a live run.
