Trying to figure out how to have Zapier create a Transfer in QBO. We have weekly payouts from Stripe and would like that to trigger a transfer for the exact amount of Payout from our Stripe Bank (clearing) account in QBO to our checking account in QBO (where the cash of the Stripe Payout will be sent). I don’t see a way to create a transfer in QBO within Zapier. Any workarounds???
I’m trying to use Typeform’s new Calendly integration and get all of the data into Airtable. I need the user input form data and the date/time of the event that they signed up for to add them to the participant list. Right now I have one zap that creates a record from the typeform response, another that creates or updates a user based on Calendly response and another that creates or updates an event based on a Calendly response. The issue is that the Find and Update in the Calendly zap never finds the data from the Typeform.

I am trying to set up a zap from my learnworld subscription item so that I can give a user in Discord an appropriate role. How can I get the users discord ID to do this? A user ID seems to be required.
I am linking a form from ConvertCalculator to Salesforce using Zapier. In the form, users are asked to upload files, which I need to have attached to the object the Zap creates (A Case object in salesforce). When I test this step, I am able to set up the zap correctly, but found this error. Can someone advise on why this may be? I presume it might be the salesforce side - is there a way to grant this access that anyone else has found? Thanks in advance!

I am trying to accept payments in appsheet using Stripe. The way I found that should work is sending the data from stripe to Zapier and having Zapier create a Stripe payment link for the payment the amount that appsheet sends to zapier. Though the total price input I give as the price is always returning the error “The `price` parameter should be the ID of a price object, rather than the literal numerical price. Please see https://stripe.com/docs/billing/prices-guide#create-….”

When new folks sign up to our app, we go into Shopify developer, get their email, then manually add them as a user in Intercom.We do this because we have our email drip campaigns set up in Intercom.I see you can use Zapier to connect Intercom with Shopify... But is it possible to connect Intercom with Shopify Developer (or at least to get the details or folks who sign up to our app)?Thank you!!

We are trying to upload an attachment from the email parser using Erecruit API and Webhooks as the step action.We tested the API first in Postman and we have successfully sent the file in Erecruit.(L) results in Erecuit. I was thinking of using Platform UI but as I was reading this blog post and I noticed that one of the limitations of using a Platform UI is that we can't use it for APIs that have uploading files operation.I hope someone could help us on this. I want to be able to send out campaigns through MailChimp, then have a zap trigger the Leads board in Monday.com’s CRM. I want the zap to create a new group for each new campaign sent out and have that group be titled the same as the campaign name. Then I want a zap to trigger every time someone opens an email and create an item within that campaign’s Monday group. I also want that new item to update its status column to show if that lead only opened the email or if they clicked within it. I’ve got it to a point where I can bring over leads based on if they opened an email, but what I’m running into is that when setting up the zap, I have to select which campaign I want it to look through/connect to. This means that I’d have to maybe save the MailChimp campaigns as drafts, then set up the zap, then send out the campaign? That seems like more manual effort. Is this something that I’ll need more than one zap for? What is the best structure to use? I appreciate any and all guidance here a
I am trying to figure out how we can automatically transfer photos/videos to Google Drive, from our Project Managers uploading to Daily Logs in JobTread. Ideally, we would be able to organize these photos in folders based on Job Name. I do not see an event that has anything to do with Daily Logs. Any help would be great! Thanks

Hi! My Webflow form trigger and corresponding Zap was working until earlier this month.Now, the individual tests are successful when I’m editing and testing the Zap, but the published webform still fails to trigger.I’ve turned the zap on and off, relinked the trigger, and got a successful test at each stage, but it still won’t trigger.Webflow site is on Business Plan, and should be well within the limits of API access and whatnot. I have unlimited form fills.If anybody has any tips, please let me know!
Hello, I am trying to set up a zap that would, when I get an email with a wetransfer link (from a specific email address), Zapier would automatically upload the files from the link to Google Drive. Any help appreciated :)
I am looking to have our credit card receipt process more automated. I would like to have a trigger that when an email comes to me from my bank indicated the credit card has been used (this trigger can be based on the sender), a jotform is sent to me. I can set this up for each person with a credit card. When I tried using outlook I was only able to have the trigger be any email that comes in. I tried to set up email by Zapier and also could not get it to work. Any tips on this?
Hello everyone,I'm Giuseppe and I consider myself a fairly knowledgeable user of Zapier. I have the same request expressed in this thread:I have several payment links on Stripe linked to different products but in some cases with the same price. Setting the trigger event as "New Payment" I can't filter or create paths based on the product in any way. It seems that Zapier doesn't recognize data such as the product name, description or some metadata that we have entered as tags. Is there any way to perform this operation?Thank you in advance for your support,Giuseppe
How can I make a side conversation from Zendesk to Slack via Zapier (I can’t connect Slack to Zendesk directly due to permissions) I have a Zap to post in a slack channel when a Medium/High Priority ticket is created, how can I amend this so I can reply in the Zendesk thread and it adds a staff note onto the ticket? Hi! I’m trying to build a zap to Pipedrive. What I want to accomplish is if the user is not found, I want it to be assigned to somebody else or me (Owner). I tried to use FILTER but I don’t see an option to reassign it to another user if user is not found. Is this possible?
Hello, I'd like to use zapier to automate some work processes.But the question is - will it be possible to automate the following scenarios.Example - (we have many housings on airbnb, booking, etc. They all are connected to the uplisting, and for each separate housing there are separate check-in/check-out instructions, etc. to be sent)-Incoming of new booking on uplisting of housing A;-Creating new contact on openphone-Sending this contact individual message for check-in instructions for housing A-And same for housing B,C, etc.
