When I work on my zap within zapier, it triggers as intended. When I complete the trigger outside of the program (submitting a survey), it does not action at all.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @CPaul

Good question.

Please clarify what app and event you are using as the Zap trigger.

Jotform is the trigger. Every validation test along the way works and I’ve got multiple test submissions.

I have several accurate results in Airtable, all from testing the zap.

@CPaul

Jotform Zap triggers are scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zap plan.

Turn your Zap ON and test, then check your Zap Runs history details for errors and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

About the JotForm Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions: Sub-user accounts can run into permissions errors with fetching data and it may be necessary to get access to the main account. European users will need to select "Yes" when asked "Do you use European Datacentres?" while connecting their accounts.
  • Paid/versioned account: Free JotForm accounts are limited to 1,000 API requests per day. Paid JotForm accounts are limited to 10,000 API requests per day. For branded accounts (i.e. yourcompanyname.jotform.com), use the Jotform Enterprise app.
