Hi again @Troy Tessalone and others.My Zap is triggering the creation of a new Task in Asana, and I can see and map the custom fields in Zapeir, but it is not populating any of the custom Asana fields. Here are screenshots of how my Zap is set up.

I have transfers from Excel (onedrive) to Mailchimp.After the transfers ran, there have always been errors. So I have to re-run these.The amount of errors are show in the tab: task usage.when i want these to re-run I go to the tab ‘transfer runs’ and filter on date (today) and status (stopped/error) normally the amount of errors shown after filtering should be the same as the amount shown on the tab task usage. But this is no longer the case. not all errored lines are shown after filtering in the tab transfer runs. so i cannot re-run my data.
I'd like to use Zapier to send offline conversions to Google Ads through Google Sheets.My source would be Zendesk tickets, but only the ones that have been deemed "good tickets".The Zendesk trigger of “ticket was created” is not good enough; I need tickets that have been checked and set to “Good”. It appears that just transferring a subset of tickets isn’t possible: Zendesk is not available as a transfer source.What would be the best way to set this up?
I'm looking to link Plugandpay to Google Drive.But I want people to only have acces to 1 specific folder.I can find lots of documention on it, but nothing with a straight ‘this is how it works’ answer.When a purchase is made I want that e-mailadress to get access to the google drive folder.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Zapier, I would like to specialize in automations useful to the company. As a first requirement I have a free version of the speechnotes app, a speech to text that automatically generates and loads the generated text in txt format, with progressive numbers for each note that is created, therefore for each new note a txt file on Google Drive. Well, as a start, I would like to add the notes transcribed from Google Drive in txt format to Google Calendar quick event, then I would like to expand this process by adding a single database or "hub" of notifications with new lines for each Google Sheet note, but I'm having a lot of difficulty. Please help me because it would make my working life a lot easier. Thank you all
Is it possible to use Zapier to fill out a Formstack from that I don’t own? This is what I need to happen:When a status in monday.com changes to something specific, I need Zapier to fill our a Formstack that is not mine. It’s a Formstack that someone else owns (created). I don’t have access to it except the website link.
I’m extracting email data with ChatGPT using the “Extract Structured Data” feature. I have specified data types and possible values.I want to send the parsed data as a POST request using the “Webhook by Zapier” feature.Here’s what I’ve tried:Sending a custom POST request with Data Pass-Through = True and a header with Content-Type=application/json. What happens then is that the json returned has single quotes instead of double-quotes and booleans have a capital letter Send a POST request with a json payload type (and adding no data). I want to create a filter that will only work when there are no numbers in the input data. If there are no numbers, the next queries should be executed, but if there is any number in the input data, stop. How can I do that?

I’ve been using a single shared Apollo account among our team, and we normally separate our prospecting by saving it into different lists in Apollo:-Is it possible for me to update the ‘Owner’ in Pipedrive based on the owner of different lists in Apollo. I’ve got an integration to update our hubspot with user data whenever a user updates their profile in our bubble app. It works for everything except for certain drop-down fields. It’s throwing the error:validationMessages: - seniority_list: director_management_partner was not one of the allowed options: [label: "C-suite/VP/Owner"value: "C-suite/VP/Owner"display_order: 0hidden: falseread_only: false, label: "Director/MaSo I though ok well the app is sending these with underscores instead of slashes which is why I’m getting an error, as the hubspot field only has slashes. I went to add a formatting step to format them but when I did that, it shows that the values for that field have slashes in them, not underscores.I have no idea why this is happening but both fields in bubble and hubspot match perfectly (they use slashes) and I’m not sure how to fix it. Why is it formatting it one way in the form, but different in the actual zap run?

I have several zaps running that are triggered when date fields are added or updated on SFDC records.The zaps will create new or update existing google events on a shared google calendar.I'm trying to find the best way to update the date fields in SFDC if someone on our team moves the event date in google calendar and not in SFDC. I also don't want it to continuously loop.My thought was Trigger when a a new google calendar event is created or updated Filter - Only continue if a: the google calendar event create date is before "today" OR b: the google calendar event last updated date is before "today" (this would be to prevent looping from events that were created or updated from SFDC existing zaps set to trigger on date changes) Find Record in SFDC Update date field in SFDC After the date field in SFDC is updated by this Zap in step 4, the zaps I already have setup in SFDC to trigger when date fields on SFDC records are updated should fire and handle the rest of the updates neede
Hi!I am a dogminder and use Google calendar and Google sheet to manage my bookings.I offer three primary services:Sleepover which is booked via a JotForm submission and feeds directly to a Google calendar entry (No zapier) Dog walking and 3. day care which owner book via a WhatsApp message which I then add to a Google spreadsheet.what I would like to see happening to reduce my booking errors:> When a Google calendar entry is created then an entry is added in the Google sheet.Attached is a screenshot of my ssheet. So let’s say - Rae wants to book for Doggy Day Care on 15 November then the owner will message me and I will create an entry in Google Calendar and then the next available slot in 15 Nov (dog3) column will fill with ‘Rae DDC’hope that makes sense! thanks for your help in advance! I want to know how I can create a zap so that every time I create an event in Google Calendar it notifies me on WhatsApp through a message with a reminder of the events that includes the title, description and start time of the event.
If I wanted all the appointments I made in my personal calendar to appear on my WhatsApp through a personalized message or better yet in a group, so I could easily see everything I have to do each day it would be great, copying events every time would be obsolete .I want to know how I can create a zap for that.

I am managing the sending out and tracking of around 8000 DocuSign envelopes. I have created a tracker in Excel with a column that will track against each client their envelope status - i.e signed, pending. What I wish to know is if Zapier will be able to manage “Bulk Sends”, as in will it track envelopes sent from DocuSign in a bulk send, or is it only compatible with individual sent envelopes? If this is possible, how would I go about building a Zap that does the above? Very new to Zapier so would appreciate your patience.
I have implemented a Filter in my ZAP. The problem is that it says it won’t continue if my Filter is not met, however when a Lead come in it continues onward and get sent. What I can’t understand is what i need to add to the input section of a step after the filter, I thought the filter automaticly sorts out leads that do not contain the perameters I set. But this do not seem to be the case. As i have a API sendout that still sends the leads that should be filtered out. And I can’t add the input feild of the filter to the Webhook API as this is an invalid input. So I am forced to add the input that Facebook sends (the trigger input before the filter), and these are not being sorted. What do I have to do to solve this?Dont think about the language on the Filter and Webhook, but I have added som images.
