I have set up my pipedrive account up so it sends cold emails through chatgpt to new leads made in pipedrive. How do I make it so it only uses my leads and not my colleagues. Sorry I am quite new to this and need some guidance.
I am trying to create a zap between MightyForms and Memberpress. I am stuck on the MightyForms step “Trigger.” It prompts me to choose a value for a “project” (required). When I click “choose value” it opens a search bar but I cannot get anything to generate from that. I have tried copying and pasting the title of the form. I tried pasting data from the form’s URL. Heck, I even tried typing every letter of the alphabet in uppercase, then lowercase as well as numerals 0-9 but nothing I enter generates anything. There is a tab labeld “custom” and the instructions say I can enter something but there is nowhere to enter anything in that custom tab.I am connected to MightyForms, and it is the correct account. The form is published in MightyForms. I am the owner and sole user of the MightyForms account so permissions should be good (I cannot find anywhere in my MightyForms account to adjust permissions regardless).I am using the free version of Zapier. Can someone show me the proper format and setup of the “Create Page Photo” to a Facebook Page. I am trying to set this up but I’ve had no luck in getting it to work.How do you set a filter on the Trigger so that if it is false, it does not count towards my monthly limit? I want to set up an automation where: Client purchases a course → A pre-purchased code is pulled from a spreadsheet (it will take the next unused code) → the code is put it into a templated email to the client. Is this possible?
My problem is I can’t get individual rows imported in Google sheets, it imports everything into a single row with commas. Here’s my current Zap:New attachment in Gmail Utilities in Formatter imports from CSV Lookup Spreadsheet Rows in Google SheetsOriginally step 3 was “Create Multiple Spreadsheet rows” and when using that, each row from the GMail CSV attacment would be imported into my Google Sheet into its own row. However, the problem here was it would reimport old rows so rows were being entered twice, three times and more. So I switched to Lookup Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets to use the “Create Google Sheets Spreadsheet Row if it doesn’t exist yet?” feature. Now it imports everything into a single row. When using “Create Multiple Spreadsheet rows” this is how it would send the data to the Google Sheet. You can see it first reads all the data then outputs them as individual line items.This is using Lookup Spreadsheet Rows
Is there any zapier action that allows to set “only if” or some such to be based on the time of day in a specific timezone?Example is someone buys something from me and they get a tag in convertkit. I would like to send them a text a day or so later but only during regular hours in my timezone for work (trying to avoid texting someone at 11pm or whatever a day later because they bought at 11pm).I see only if for before and after but seems to correspond to a field that convert kit would have to pass to zapier. When a deal is created in pipedrive we are trying to fetch the customer information and create subscription on chargebee using zapier in between. But everytime we move a deal to won in pipedrive multiple times zap event is called out which leads to multiple creation of subscription and customers in chargebee. Ideally once the user click WON in pipedrive on a deal zapier (updated deal event) should fetch the contact person details and we are using chargebee even to push data in chargebee which should create 1 customer and one subcription.
Hi have created a zap which uses instant type of trigger to fetch event data.In the zap history I am getting empty data and the error is null (Text) Exactly matches {{434343__variable_name}}. The data from zapier events is not getting populated correctly. Let me know how can this be done.

Hi there,I did some researches and many people said it is possible. However when I looked into the zap that with a new submission in JotForm, then Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com; I have a question and can’t seem to get to the bottom of it - How is the zap going to differentiate a “JotForm New Submission” is a new submission, or a resubmission after the data is updated? I was trying to achieve the latter. In the JotForm approval flow, when the outcome is “Need more info”, we send a link to the requester and ask them to update their submission; with the resubmission we’d like to item values be updated in monday.com too. Our team has encountered an issue with our subscription billing. Over the past two weeks, we've submitted two support requests. Despite receiving an automated reply confirming the registration of our tickets and a promised response within 24 hours, we haven't received any replies at all. We followed up on these requests, but still, no response. We also attempted to reach the Zapier team via the live chat app on Zapier's website during working hours (9-5 pm EST), but received no replies to our messages.We are beginning to wonder if this company is still active, and it might be time for us to explore alternative solutions. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
While I was trying to add/update opportunities in Leadconnector, certain fields are un-selectable. When I try to click on it, instead of showing the drop-down menu, it automatically refreshes everything. Here’s a video of the issue I’ve tried clearing the cache/history. Restarted the computer. Tried a different browser (I tried chrome and firefox), disabled all extensions. No help. The same zap worked about a week ago without issue. Ideas?
I have zaps that include forms from jotform. I have just changed the names of the forms in jotform, will this effect the zap?
Hi I’ve only set up Zapier today so I am still very new to it! I am trying to make a content bank board on trello and I’d like my posts to automatically go to a new card. I’ve managed to get Pinterest to work but Instagram and Facebook Pages keep throwing up problems and I can’t get an image attachment, they just come up as a txt file. Any ideas? Thanks

Ultimately, whenever I see a customer sign-up, there will be an automated parent message in slack. My team will reply on that parent message (in a thread) with who the sales person should be. Another person will also reply on the thread (separate message) with what the account name will be. They will then add a special/dedicated reaction.I want the zap to be triggered when it sees this reaction on the parent message. I want it to:find the latest parent message with this reaction find a thread reply that has the sales person which will contain the text “Sales lead:” find a thread reply that has the account name which will contain the text “Account name:” How do I create the search query to find the parent message and then find the right thread reply? I assumed I should query by the thread_ts but cannot find any documentation anywhere for how this actually works.Thanks so much!!

Hi all, i have a website that enables me to set up webhook integration into them. What I’m essentially trying to do is redirect clients to specfic partner sites to login, based on their email address (we sign clients up to different partners, but they get confused by which partner, so i want to try and create a single sign in) I have an google sheet with emails in column a, and their corresponding third part URL to login in column b. I have set up a webhook , with catch hook as the trigger event, then added to the URL to the integration on my form, i've then added an action step, added google sheets, then Lookup Spreadsheet Row as the action event, i have connected the relevant sheet, and choosen the relevant email address. Then i have a redirection action which is another webhook with the custom request as GET, with teh relevant URL for the email address selected. in theory this should work but nothing happens when i enter an email into the form, no redirect. Any ideas where i might
I’m trying to set up a connection so each appointment scheduled in Setmore generates an invoice draft in Wave Accounting. My trigger in Setmore works fine. When setting up the create invoice action for Wave, it wanted a customer id in number format which neither Wave or Setmore have.I chose to insert a search step instead and filled in the required consumer name and consumer email fields (no ID required).On the true/false field, I chose true and checked the box to create a customer in wave if one wasn’t found. When I tested the search action I received an “id is not defined” error. When I test the next action which is create an invoice, I get a “required field customer id is missing”. How do I get around this when customer id is not an option from the setmore or the wave custom options? Thanks in advance!
Hi, here is my use case: Zapier automation that looks for expiring posts on my site and then sends email notifications via SendGrid to those post owners with 2 options: a.) Extent post by 1 month or b.) Close post and move to trash. My question: I need the buttons in the email to trigger two Zaps (or a single with a path) and would normally create a dedicated page on my site, use some JS and call a Zapier Webhook. Can I use Zapier Interfaces for this experience instead where the buttons go to a Zapier interface and my logic happens there? If so, can I use UTM params from the buttons to pass meta data accordingly to the interface and subsequently my Zap to finish the process? Thanks!
I am trying to get a Jotform submission fields which is text to go to Buffer. The process seems to work but returns zero content in the buffer post. Says it loads to buffer during the zap but no content appears. What do you think I am doing wrong? Online it says to load it as an Idea re: acton but it does not even create anything. Although the Zap said it was sent????

New to Zapier, I am trying to send one field in Jotform (a longer text description) to Buffer Ideas, so my team can review the ideas and then prep the social media posts to send out. I do not what or how to use the image, attachment field. What am I actually sending, what format. When I just tag the field (social media post - the text field) it gives me a 400 error. There are no other options. Do I need to convert that text data into something else first before sending to Buffer? That would mean moving from the free version to a paid version as there would be 3 steps. I cannot seem to find a vidoe to explain the image transfer process. Any suggestions or links would be highly appreciated.
I’m running a large site and I use Zapier for various functions. Looking at the Plugin, it states that it’s not tested beyond WP 5.9.8. The 5.9 branch was released almost two years ago (as of January,) and many would no doubt like to stay up-to-date.Is there any update on this? Verifying the plugin is tested for 6.x?Same question with PHP. Looking at your support form on WordPress, it appears the plugin breaks after PHP 8.1. Although the community has a fix, it would really be nice to get support for PHP 8.1 and 8.2 formally with the release of PHP 8.3 happening later this month. Thank you for any updates.
