How do I create a Zap to send email 24 hours after a specific date from a Google Form?

Dear community

I am desperately trying to create a zap:

1. someone fills out a google form

2. a specific date is requested in the form (not the date of completion)
For example a delivery date

3. 24 hours after this specific date ( for example delivery date ) an email is to be sent

from Gmail ( or Outlook ) ( a satisfaction survey, which is also a Google Form )

Can you please help me create a zap?
I really can't get it to work

Good question.

Try using the Delay - Until step in the Zap if the dates are within 30 days.

You may also need to use date modifiers:
