Greetings, playing almost whole day with it and can’t figure out how to fix it. When you upload first time a file in slack it won’t provide you channel ID but if you do it second time it will. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi, I have gone through the different articles already mentioned about this topic, but unfortunately, it does not seem to work properly Here is the scenario: We have different type of VAT to set, depending on the shipment, for example:TRANSPORT (from country to same country) = VAT / TRANSPORT (from country to different country) = NO VATOne invoice can have: TRANSPORT = VATAn other invoice can have: TRANSPORT = NO VAT I have also change the VAT formater to get the Tax rate ID (as mentioned on the other post) and on QB, the result is totally wrong Can anyone help me how to proceed? Hello Zapier Community,I'm encountering an issue with a Zap I've set up between CLOSE CRM and Google Contacts. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this problem.Problem Description:Objective: When I create a lead in CLOSE CRM, I want a new contact to be automatically created in my Google Contacts. Zap Configuration: I've set up a Zap to achieve this, and during the testing phase, it worked perfectly. The desired outcome was achieved without any issues. Issue After Publishing: However, when I publish the Zap and let it run in the background, a contact is created in Google Contacts, but the email address and phone number are not included. Troubleshooting Attempt: To determine whether the issue lies with CLOSE CRM or Google, I tried a workaround. I added an intermediate step where the lead is inserted into a Google Sheet row, and then from there into Google Contacts. This setup worked fine in tests. I am trying to pull the Shopify description informaiton and see if there is a way that Zapier can integrate with Chatgpt to automatically improve/edit the current descriptions I have. For example, improve the product descriptions that are tagged with “GPT”.I am currently using maxtrify from Shopify to pull the info onto google sheets, edit it using GPT for sheets and re-upload it back to Shopify but there are lots of bugs with this method (probably because I have too many SKU’s and wanting to edit them at once), and I would like to see if there is anyway this can be done with zapier+GPT, thanks!

I created a zap for when someone fills out any form on my website, the information will go into Bloomerang (CRM System). The zap was tested with a made up person and went into Bloomerang, but when I did a real test with my own information through one of the wix forms, the information did not go into Bloomerang… I turned it off and back on.. that didn’t work. I remade the zap… didn’t fix the issue either. Any suggestions?
Hi,In the attached issue you can see that I am receiving an image aspect ration error when posting to Instagram for Business. My flow is creating a post in instagram when a new post is published in Wordpress. I need Zapier to change the image aspect ratio as part of the flow. It is not manageable for me to make changes manually each time this happens. Is this possible in Zapier? It would need to check the aspect ratio each time and change if required.
hello im trying to catch new comments from my ads using New Comment on Ad in Facebook Lead Ads (for Business admins). ive already successfully added App & Event and Account. now im stuck at Trigger.
I've create a formatter section that splits comma separated lines and then combines them appropriately to form a series of line items that consist of product name, Unit Price, Quantity. In my sample data i have I 7 items that show up from our Quickbooks invoice sample data. When i test, all 7 items show in the formatter section. When i go to the shipstation trigger and enter the inputs, I only get 3 line items total to show up and then inside shipstation I only see the 3 items. Any ideas as to why the line items are being truncated? Also the line items that are showing up are in a randomized order. So it’s not like the first 3 show but not the rest. Instead it’s line item 1 then lines items 6 and 7. Does anyone know of any issues with Bucket.io integrations with Zapier.I’ve set up the integration between the two, providing the API. I’ve got some evidence the connection is there, as I see zaps i have created...but I’m getting access denied errors, as if the connection is not really there.
Im building a zap that finds the right row in a google sheet through one of the custom questions in my meeting form. The problem is that I can’t see this question when someone filled it out. Its like its not in the form and therefore I cant move on to the next step
Hello ! I have created my stan store freebie, created a segment and work flow in flodesk, added them in zapier and did all the tests. Everything tested fine, the emails i tested with - showed up in my segment right away and i got the intended email from flodesk. However. I had a friend sign up for my freebie on Stan Store, she received everything from stan but never got anything from flodesk, and she didnt even up in my segment. From my mentors it looks like I’ve entered everything correctly so I dont know what else to try. Please help !
Over various projects I’ve been added/invited to various clients’ accounts. It doesn’t seem I can remove myself, or leave the team?I’ve tried contacting some of them, and they’re not responsive for some reason.So I’d like to remove myself but this doesn’t seem possible.
Background: we have ~40 different newsletters on our company site (i.e. preferences); when customers subscribe, they are added by API to a Mailchimp Audience, as well as one of 40 different Mailchimp Groups, which correspond to the newsletters they subscribed to. That all happens independently of Zapier. As the subscriptions come into Mailchimp, I want to use Zapier to then: 1) create Contact records in Salesforce (if a match isn't found on email address between Mailchimp and Salesforce), and2) add those Contacts to Salesforce Campaigns as Members. Those Campaigns also correspond to the 40 website newsletters / 40 Mailchimp Groups, though the SF Campaign Names are slightly different from the MC Group name. I considered using New Subscriber in Segment or Tag as the Mailchimp Trigger (I can use MC's own journey builder to add the subscriber to a Segment / Tag as based on Group to save on Zapier tasks), but can't find a way to do that without selecting one specific Segment or Tag each t

It works a treat.However, I want it to ad a URL link into a URL field in SharepointHere is my field mapping I get this errorFailed to create an item in Microsoft SharePointError from halted execution: Unable to create an item: The property 'Insightly_x0020_Project_x0020_Re_url' does not exist on type 'SP.Data.ProjectsListItem'. Make sure to only use property names that are defined by the type.
I have a Zap which pulls new event registrations from Eventbrite and sends them to Salesforce. There’s an issue with the field mapping - for some registrations, the Zap pulls the total charge for a group booking instead of the individual fee for one attendee.However, I can’t work out how to view all of the data coming in from Eventbrite for the specific bookings that are causing the problem. Zapier will only pull a random handful of test records, and if they’re not the ones that have gone wrong, there’s no way of pulling more or searching through records. If I go to the Zap history, the ‘input’ side only shows fields that have already been matched to Salesforce fields, so I can’t see the other fields to work out which one I should have matched.Any ideas?

I am trying to sync a google sheet to buffer. When a new row appears, send the video file link or carousel files etc to buffer. Hi!I crated quite a branching logic to move incoming leads into a specific pipeline for the CRM I am using, based on UTM and tracking parameters for each submission.I found out that Zapier tries to go trough every path, even if one paths already was successful.I want to prevent exactly that. I recon Zapier starts with the first path and goes on to the next to the right. Question: Is it possible, that when a the first path was successful, to prevent it going onto the next paths? For every Path successful the data entry gets a tag. I tried to use this tag for other paths as a filter, but it did not work. Is there a better way to do it? Additionally, I would like to have one path as a "catch all" for those who did not fit in any other path (but only then) Thanks!!Go to this question on Reddit
Hi there -I sometimes will use Code rather than Webhooks to send requests if I need to do some sort of handing on the back end with the data or potential errors. I’ve never had an issue setting up simple requests but I’ve never had to send the data as form data and I keep getting a 400 - Bad Request back even though this request, as written, will work just fine in other js environments. It’s gotta be something I just don’t know or understand about how something needs to be formatted to work inside Zapier. My app is a social media management tool, part of this will involve scheduling and posting to various social media sites such as Facebook. My app will already be authorized to post using oAuth on behalf of the customer.i am likely to use Airtable or Xano to store the data. If using Airtable can I create a social media post on behalf of the customer using their auth details at a point when the posting date/time is reached?
