Hello! I am trying to publish a Zap but for some reason it is not allowed without confirming my account email, the problem is that it says a confirmation email was sent, but I never receive the “confirm email” in my inbox, and it is not in spam. Anyone can help me out? Thank u!

You should be able to trigger another email to be sent via your Zapier account profile page.
