Hello ! 

I have created my stan store freebie, created a segment and work flow in flodesk, added them in zapier and did all the tests. Everything tested fine, the emails i tested with - showed up in my segment right away and i got the intended email from flodesk. However. I had a friend sign up for my freebie on Stan Store, she received everything from stan but never got anything from flodesk, and she didnt even up in my segment. From my mentors it looks like I’ve entered everything correctly so I dont know what else to try.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have context.

Check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot.

All the Stan Zap triggers are scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

 


Its been more than an hour and my friend that signed up did not recieve an email from flodesk and was also not added into my segment through zapier. There are no errors that pop up so im at a loss for what else to try. What do you need to see in the screen shots?

All screen shots have been sent- unsure of where to go from here. Having this many hiccups at the launch of my business is so discouraging 😅

In step 2, you need to map variable from Step 1 for each of these fields.

im sorry i dont know what you mean by map variable. can you please explain in simpler terms
