Hi there, So I have created a Zap using Email Parser by Zapier. It is indeed forwarding all emails I want to forward but it is also forwarding the rest of emails which I am suspecting has to do with this !?Not quite sure about the difference between new Email and new Mailbox! In my Gmail filters I am specifying from which email exactly to forward to my Zapier’s robot email. I don’t know why the filters are not working any ideas? Thank you,Azhar.

I need to bring the primary phone number from Salesforce into into the field that says Mobile Phone in the screenshot below. I am looking to create an Airtable to Constant Contact integration where someone is added or their contact is updated in constant contact and put into a specific contact list based on what is entered in airtable.If airtable says they are registered for “Class A” then they should go to Contact List 1 and if they are registered for “Class B” they should go to Contact List 2. If they are registered for both, they should go to both lists. I’ve tried running tests with data filters but have not found it to work. Could someone help to figure out the best method for doing this?
I have an OpenPhone account and I’d like to set it up so when Zendesk, my CRM, gets a new lead if it is one of my states (for example TN, TX, IN, IA), I can send a text to that lead but choose to send it from my OpenPhone number that correlates to that state. I’m sure this is simple, but I have a hydrated file that I can’t use. My Question: How do I dehydrate a file? I can’t find actionable steps on getting this done.
I work shifts and run a business. I subscribe to my shift schedule (a URL) on google calendar. I would like to be able to block off the day automatically after a night shift. There is a zapier template for a preparation block of time before specific meetings based on using a search phrase, but I can’t find one for a post-meeting block of time. In my case, I would like to automatically set up a calendar “event” to sleep for X hours after my night shift ends. I appreciate any ideas you might have.

Hello all, I am new here and excited to get this zap built. I’ve built others but this one needs a little more attention and I’m hoping someone can guide me to a solution. Quick Background: We use Monday.com to keep track of over 100 construction sites via 1 main board. Each location’s name is just referenced as the unit #. (Example below) Zap Goal:User fills out form via survey monkey for the site they are updating then submits the form. Form data is fed to Zapier and updates Monday columns of existing units based off the unit number the user typed in the form in previous step. I believe i need a dynamic item ID in order for step 2 to work. Current Zap:Trigger when new form is submitted in Survey monkey, notify with answers. Action POST in Webhooks runs and pulls item_id data since it’s not a default option in step 3 (this is the step i need help with) Action Update multiple column values in Monday.com. (not sure what to put in Item ID)(unit number from the form should determin
I’m having Zapier watch for incoming emails and then sending data to Monday.comBut ideally what I’d like to do is something a little more complex:The data I want is in the email “snippet” field. In the snippet there are several lines I want to cut out - for example:Line that contains “Title” - move that entire line into Monday.com to a particular board item colum called “Title”Line that contains “Cause” - move that entire line into Monday.com to <that same board> board item colum called “Cause”Etc. I am looking for a workaround with limited Mighty Networks options. The idea is to have one course and two options to join: 1. Cheaper one with only first part access and 2. Full price full access. But also have the ability for the option 1 buyers to ‘upgrade’ to see the rest of the content - to pay the rest of the price to unlock it. Would like to create this having only ONE space. So the question is can you somehow restrict Mighty Network content using Zapier? Or maybe you have some other ideas for this? Thanks! 🚀
I’ve got a Notion database with a bunch of properties on, but I only want to trigger my Zap when a specific property (“property A”) is updated. However, the “updated Database item” triggers on every single change to the database, and I can’t find a way of filtering it to just changes to Property A.Property A will always ‘exist’ on the database item, and I just want to trigger the Zap when it changes. But because it always exists, it always comes through to Zapier as a field, so I can’t use a filter where Property A exists… What I need is a way of either filtering the trigger to only trigger for certain properties/columns (The Google Sheets ‘updated row’ trigger has this) or for the trigger to only pass through data that has changed since the last update.Any ideas/guidance? What am I missing?
This post was split from topic: To confirm, when building a Pipedrive Zap, I’m encountering an issue where the custom picklist values in the organization section only appear as numbers, not the actual values. For example, in Pipedrive, I have Company Codes like ACM, BAM, JGU, but in Zapier, I’m seeing Company Codes as numbers (39, 46, 48). Is that correct?
I was creating a transfer to test sending data of unsubscribes from Constant Contact via an Excel sheet to Dynamics 365. I only tested 1 record to confirm if the transfer was going to work. I tried it a few times different ways and it failed to do what I needed it to do. Since it was not working, I deleted the transfer and disconnect the Excel account. I am receiving “uh oh” emails from Zapier every 5 minutes about the failed update. Will this time out on its own?
HiI am sending data from Podio to ClickUp. I have successfully mapped my data to a dropdown field in ClickUp, converting the input into the corresponding IDs with a lookup step. Now is there a way to create a new entry in Clickup in case the option does not exist yet? Thanks Remo
Recently I’ve moved my clients website over to its own workspace in webflow so they are able to edit the site. But it looks like now I can only access one or the other workspace through zapier.
I know that youre saying that switching instant zap will solve this problem. This is a new set up and there’s no other option then instant zap. I still get the issue with auth is expired. Please help.
I set up a Zap for when a new client is adding, it sends the contact to ActiveCampaign. This is working perfectly. I am trying to set up a similar Zap where I add a tag within Trainerize (ReturningClient) to send the same welcome email (this is for prior clients that were reactivated within the app and need the welcome email). The Zap tests fine, but doesn’t work once published - I have several test accounts within Trainerize that I added the ReturningClient tag to, but ActiveCampaign never receives the Zap - the clients are never added as a new contact (if they didn’t exist) or the contact updated with the new tag to kick off the automation. Attached are the steps for the published Zap.

I work for a small town news organization and I want to be able to take this webpage from my local sheriff’s office (https://www.sheriff-okaloosa.org/news/arrest-information/) , filter the location of arrests or location of arrestee. From there I want to take the information i need (arrestee name and DOB) and format it into an email to the sheriff’s office that requests the arrest affidavits for those individuals who meet the criteria. Is this something anyone would know how to do?

I host three month online mentorship programs. The online meetings are always in the same sequence, so whenever I have a full group, I create our meeting events on Google Calendar, but it’s always the same details and distances between them, but they are not recurring let’s say every tuesday. They are something like: first meeting is then, next meeting is 8 days later, third meeting is 4 days later and the other one is 6 days later. And the sequence is always the same. I would like to make it so when I create the first event on the calendar, the rest of my sequence events create automatically. I tried it with Zapier but I only could get that the next event creates *let’s say* 8 days after TODAY, not the date I’ve created the first event. How to make the the custom delay from the NEW EVENT CREATED date not the today’s date?
