Integrating Zoho Sign with dynamic documents from Tally

We are using Tally as a form creator and using Zapier to transpose to a pdf document. The document is a dynamic document which varies depending on the input of the form. We want to integrate with Zoho Sign to upload the document for signature. The place of the signature is always the same place (front page). Is there a way to go about?

@rpamalta

Yep, in Zoho Sign you’ll create a template for the document, including the placeholder for signer’s data and the signature.

In Tally you’ll collect the signer’s data, and Zapier passes it to Zoho Sign, filling it into the template accordingly. Then Zoho emails it to the signer (using the email address from Tally) and the person signs it via Zoho.

Hey @rpamalta,

You don’t need it to transpose to pdf document for this to work in Zapier. You just need to set placeholders in Zoho template. Here is a helpful article about it here- https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/zoho-sign/user-guide/sending-a-document/articles/automatic-field-addition-in-zoho-sign

After that you can just dynamically map the data from New Submission trigger to Send Template Zoho sign action. You may need to add a Formatter action depending on how the Send Template expects the data. Hope it helps!
