Does anyone know how can I link Maintain X with Salesforce?
I want to trigger a “Request” in Salesforce as soon as a work order with “Reactive” category is created in MaintainX.
Help in this matter would be highly appreciated.

Yes it is possible to link MaintainX with Salesforce using Zapier. Try this worflow-
- New Category on Work Order Trigger
- Launch Flow
It’s a bit unclear what you mean by triggering a request in Salesforce but I assume it’s triggering a flow in Salesforce. This is a sample workflow and you may need to add other actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
