Over various projects I’ve been added/invited to various clients’ accounts. 

It doesn’t seem I can remove myself, or leave the team?

I’ve tried contacting some of them, and they’re not responsive for some reason.

So I’d like to remove myself but this doesn’t seem possible.

I’ve encountered the same issue and unfortunately there is no control available to remove yourself from another Zapier account.

You can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support to see if they can facilitate: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
