Is there a way for Zaps to expand a Twitter URL (t.co) when crossposting to other channels (Facebook for example) and post the original instead? Thanks

I need my zap to create two headers on a new worksheet it is creating. I’m using the “Headers” field in the “Create Worksheet” event to add them manually, as seen here:However, when I attempt to test using this setup, I get this error as a response:And the worksheet is created but without any headers:Is this a bug, or am I just missing something?

Hi Zapier Community,  I have a root cause check for digestive problems in typeform.Is it possible to make this?I have questions for:Do you have mental problems? Do you have digestive problems?Do you have problems with your teeth?…. All illness begin in the gut. Because of this I have other questions :).I have texts for why the gut and mental problems and teeth problems are connected. Is it possible, when someone says in the form yes to “I have mental and digestive problems” that in the individual document are automaticly the text from mental and digestive problems will be added? After this I want to send it out automaticly with my email marketing tool called “KlickTipp”.  I am happy for every answer :). I was creating zaps this morning linked with wordpress. I tested and everything was correct. But now the error appears below and does not connect with my website.Has this happened to anyone? how can I solve this?

OK, so I have been looking around and I can’t quite find an answer to this and was hoping for some guidance. We use RingCentral and Shopify.   I was hoping to create a hook between the two where when a customer calls in, then picks say Option 1 for order status, either then using the phone number they are calling from (or they can input an order #), we will be able to connect to Shopify, get specific of the order status (like shipment details), and then pass it back automatically to the caller. Is that even possible with Zapier??

Hello! I have a zap that triggers from a Google Forms response and creates two Google docs from separate templates. Now I want to create another zap that sends both of these created docs with a single email as attachments. How to do it?When I create a new zap with a trigger “New file in folder” then the action step for Gmail only lets me choose attachments from that folder I chose in the trigger. But the other document is in another folder. When both of the documents from separate templates are created in the same folder then the second zap triggers twice. But I need it to trigger only once and send both of the documents in a single email as an attachment.Anyone can help?Thanks in advance!

On my “New video in Youtube” trigger, I cannot get it to find my videos.I know I’m connected to the right account and channel. I know there are public videos in the channel.For the “Username” I’ve tried everything. Account ID, Channel, ID, login email, public @ name. Nothing will find any videos on the trigger test.All the old threads I can find on this are from years ago, and it looks and sounds different to what I’m seeing now.

Hello Zapier community!We have a Zap that validates email addresses for deliverability, on form submit, via Emailable.Wondering if there’s a service similar to Emailable that checks the validity of websites and URLs…​​​​​​​ Use case being, when a new lead enters our CRM, we want to validate both the email address (e.g., myname@gmail.com) and company domain (e.g., company.com) to filter out junk before those leads are assigned to Sales. Has anyone run into this use case before? How are you solving this?

I am forwarding emails to my bubble database and then running into issues using that data in subsequent API calls. It looks like the data from Zapier is passed with a bunch of \n in it. I attached an example of the JSON call being sent from the application. Is there a way to clean up the text from Zapier prior to sending to bubble? I’ve tried using the “remove html tags” in the formatter, but that doesn’t seem to remove the \n’s. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Guys, I was using a premium scheduler for my business. It would send annual reminders to people about their renewals coming up. I accidentally deleted the calendar the ability to do this. So now I’m trying to do it through Zapier.  I have the Google Sheets with the data (name, email, date, etc.) I want to integrate GMAIL and Google Sheets so that it reads the spreadsheet daily to see who needs the automated  email sent to them.  The only trigger criteria is the date. If the date is 10 months from the date on the spreadsheet, I want gmail to send an email. How can I do this? Would appreciate any help you guys can offer.  Thank you

Hi Team, Is it possible for Zapier to intergrate into SharePoint using Jotform data? The issue we are facing is we have a PowerApp interface that utilises data from a SharePoint List with customer data requried for safety checks.  The business uses Jotform to record customer data and then manually inputs it into the SharePoint List and we were wondering if it is possible to automate this so that when data is inputted into Jotform, it automatically populates into the SharePoint List?   ThanksChelz

I understand from Zapier’s AI that it does have the capability to create a new category in Wordpress.  I don’t see that as a basic feature though.  I’m trying to create a category for a new user added in WP with their UserID.  Then, I’ll create post(s) with Zapier.  The post part, I’ve done.  But to existing categories.  Any suggestions on how to get zapier to trigger when a new WP user is added, and then to create a new category in WP with that userID… would be appreciated!

In my company, we consider leads to be "hot" when they reach 80 points or more. I'd like all Brevo contacts with 80 points to be transferred either as opportunities or as active leads to our Pipedrive CRM. Do you have any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks in advance! 

I’m trying to build out an integration between OneDesk and Redmine.  I’ve been successful in creating a zap where when a ticket is created in OneDesk, it will create it in Redmine.  I do not see how I am able to bring back status change and history/note updates from Redmine back to OneDesk.   Is this a feature that I am not seeing or not available?   Thanks,  David

Besides adding a delay when a new record is created, then delete this after a certain time (avoiding several zaps in playing status). Is there an automated way to delete old records from a table?  Use Case: Let’s say I want to delete 1000 records from a table when it reaches the limit (10,000 records) → Automatically, maybe a new zap to control this?

I have a Google spreadsheet where new appointments from Acuity populate a new row. If someone reschedules, I want to be able to update the appointment date in the existing spreadsheet row. However, the data pulled from Acuity only includes the rescheduled appointment date, not the original. How do I look up the old appointment to change the date? People may schedule multiple appointments, so I can’t use the email as the sole lookup.  Ex: Joe schedules 3 appointments - Jan 1, Jan 2, and Jan 3. He later reschedules the Jan 1 appointment to Jan 4 instead. The rescheduled appointment trigger only shows the date he rescheduled to (Jan 4), not the original appointment date (Jan 1). How do I get the zap to look up the Jan 1 row in Google Sheets?
