I have set up a form on our website that feeds information through to Mailchimp. The Zap is set up from Mailchimp to Wrike.

In Wrike there text information is cut off in Wrikes task discriptions.

 

For context:

  • New Business Enquiry comes in through website
  • Information from fields go across to Mailchimp audience
  • Zaps to Wrike (project management tool) raises task and pulls across information from Mailchimp fields into Task description. The text in one of the longer entry fields gets cut off.

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Also, provide an example of the issue with screenshots.

I think this can be solved if you look at your Zap history for this zap. You can get there from the Zaps page by clicking on the right-hand menu and choosing History like so 

Now, if you click into one of those Zap runs you’ll see that in the Data out from step 1, there are two fields that come from Mailchimp that have a large description. One of them is under “merges” and contains all the text. The other is under “merge_fields:” and contains the truncated text.

If you map to the other field you should see all of it:
