How to select Delighted "Project" when creating a Delighted Zap?

I have TWO projects in Delighted.

I’m trying to have each project update its own Google Sheet when a new NPS entry is triggered/submitted for each Project. (We are doing NPS for each segment “Users” and “Dropoffs” - very different audiences).

It looks like Zapier does not give you the “Select Project” field. Is this true? Or better yet, how do you select the Delighted “Project” in Zapier? Much like you select the Sheet → Workbook in Google Sheets.

Hi @llm-apprentice

Good question.

Try adding a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Troy, much appreciated, but….This was a great clue, but not getting me there.

The filter will only help if the filtered field is sent (“Project”). But it is not.

So, back to Delighted “Events” to see if I can send the “Project” name...

Only ONE Delighted “Event” mentions “Project” and it only does that referencing the “...survey time window...” (see screenshot below).

So, this points me to some “Survey Launched Day/time” but nothing clearly exists :(   So again, I’m stuck.

Not expecting you to solve this for me...can’t believe it is such an obfuscated possibility, if even one exists.

@llm-apprentice

The Delighed API doesn’t seem to indicate the ‘project’ in the data payload: https://app.delighted.com/docs/api/listing-survey-responses

Thanks @Troy Tessalone  you are a sleuth.

Alas, *sigh* I hate being right.

Have a great night and a +1 karma for you my friend for helping a stranger :) Be well!
