Im making a zap integration between an app and GupShup, a channel-based messaging platform, and i need to know how can I include parameters when doing a template send message. My template is already registered with the parameter fields, just need to know how to include then within the message.
How to make automation work for incident response
I am working on creating an zap for incident response but I am very new to zapier layout and trying to understand. Long story short, I want to automate my slack message to a monday.com ticket. I use a website monitoring tool called status cake. I do have alerts/statuses sent to Slack but it includes the reason, status code, downtime duration and hyperlink to the website. However, on zapier that is shown as attachments. It is kind of hard to split the message to a monday.com ticket.Any tips or tricks on incident response zapier triggers? templates? tutorial?
How do I distinguish failed recurring Stripe payments from failed new payments?
I currently have a trigger on Zapier to take action when a Stripe payment fails. I have monthly memberships and my goal is to take action when the monthly payment of my current members does not go through.The issue is that this action is also triggered when someone wants to join for the first time and their payment doesn’t go through. How can I distinguish between a recurring payment that fails vs a new payment that does not go through?My guess is to distinguish between “description: Subscription update” and “description: Subscription creation” but I’m not certain.Thanks in advance
Date format issue exporting from Bubble to Google Sheets with Zapier plugin
Hi,After triggering a zap from Bubble.io (live database), I received in my Google Sheet a date with the following format: 2023-09-23T03:00:00.000+00:00, which is not recognized as a date format by Google Sheet. I need the new data to be recognized as a date by Google Sheet for pivot table updating.When I tested the action (create spreadsheet row to Google Sheets) within Zapier, Zapier used a date from Bubble development database and created a new row in the Google Sheet with the date being formated correctly: 2021-05-01 13:00:00What can I do to have the 2021-05-01 13:00:00 formating in the live environment?Thanks.
How do I pause next Zap to run ?
Hello,I would like to pause the next run of this zap for about 3 hours after it finishes running. This zap triggers nothing for a while and then suddenly triggers 20 times a day, sending messages to customers. This is too much; customers need to know that a trigger has fired, but it doesn't need to happen that frequently.I tried setting a delay at the final step for 2 hours, hoping that the zap would not end during that time period and therefore not trigger another zap. However, when I tried to publish, it did not proceed, so there may be a restriction. As far as I understand, the delay function needs succeeding tasks to delay, so publishing may not be allowed.If you have any ideas on how to pause the zap after a run for a while, please let me know. I have searched for functions like restricting zaps during certain timeframes or pausing zap invitations, but these are not what I need. My simple goal is to pause the next zap run for a certain timeframe.Thanks in advance!

Here’s the situation: I’m organizing collegiate student choir auditions for roughly 300 students. Each student has to fill out a Google Form with some necessary information. The form will also link to a Signup Genius page where they will select their desired audition time from the list of available times. I would like to be able to view that Google Form’s spreadsheet and see the student responses AND each student’s audition time (rather than having two separate spreadsheets). How can I use Zap to add the student’s selected signup time in Signup Genius to the student’s form responses?

How do I create a MailerLite group when a specific Google Forms answer is selected?
Hi there, I’m a relative beginner to using Zapier to interface Google Forms and MailerLite. We use both to keep track of the members in our organization. Our members fill out a Google Form that has a few questions, with multiple choice answers to those questions. I’d like to be able to create a group in MailerLite for a specific response to a particular question. Is there a way to use a specific multiple choice answer on a Google Form (as in answer A, but not answer B or C) as a trigger in a Zap? If so, what are the steps I need to take? Attached is a screenshot of what I’ve been able to do so far, which is use a particular question as a trigger, but that triggers regardless of what the selected answer was. Is there a way to refine that further by specific answer? I can use the accompanying spreadsheet to our Google Form if need be, but would still like to refine by specific answer, rather than just that they answered the question. Thanks so much!
Can I create GoHighLevel opportunities from Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs?
I am running a messenger ad on Facebook. When I receive a message in messenger I would like it if I could create an opportunity in GoHighLevel. Would I do this by using Facebook Messenger and LeadConnector to create a trigger in GoHighLevel? Also, I would like to do the same thing for Instagram DMs but I saw someone respond and say this is on the roadmap. Do you have an idea of how close that is to being created?

I’m trying to create a zap that sends an email to my customers after they pay a one time fee (Stripe)I’d like this email to be sent off after 2 weeks, how can I create a zap to do this and are there any alternatives to mail chimp? My work flow was to use mail chimp for the email section but I am using my mail chimp for a different business that has a different audience, any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, I have set up a Zap to send an email via gmail when a contact property is changed in Hubspot: I can see in my Gmail account “sent items” that the email has sent. My Gmail account is connected to Hubspot, however the email does not log in Hubspot.Do I need to include another step so that the sent email will also be seen in the Hubspot Activity Tab?

As per the pricing plans, the “starter” plan gives access to 3 premium apps.On each zap you make, you may include a premium app.Does this mean you can use the same app on up to 3 zaps on this tier?Or you use the same app on several zaps and it will count as 1 premium app?You should clarify this somewhere in your plans page.
Limit Zap based on input email address and day
I have a Zap running to handle quotation request. User leaves email address and receives a specific quotation by mail. Is it possible to limit users to do only one quotation request per day?I figure there would need to be a filter that checks the date stamp and email address and compares this to the past 24 hours?Is this the right track and is such a thing possible?
Do I have to update my Zoom zaps from Legacy Zoom to a new one?
I am very confused with what I am supposed to do with Zoom Zaps. They are all working fine right now but I got an email about updating away from Legacy Zoom to the new one. But when I look in my account and try to create a new Zap (eg Acuity to Zoom) there is no new Zoom or old Legacy options. There is only one Zoom option. So what am I supposed to be doing before November as the email from Zapier recommended? Thanks.
