Question

Zap isn't connecting Constant Contact Contact Update or Create

I am creating a Zap.  Zoom Meeting registration to Update or Create new Constant Contact subscriber (add to list).

It ‘tests’ fine on the ZAP…..but - the actual update is not taking place in CTCT.

I’ve tested this on a number of accounts.

Any ideas what I’m missing?

Unfortunately, the link you posted does not allow us to see your actual Zap setup. Could you take some screenshots of both your Zoom trigger setup and Constant Contact action setup.
