Hello, I have an error about Signrequest account connection.The Zap that uses signrequest was active for several months and nothing changed until a week ago it stopped completing its zaps. Nothing changed on our end.Everytime when I try to connect my Signrequest account, Zapier send the following message "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here."I deleted the account and re-added it but still the same issue occurs.Would love to get some help here on how to solve the issue.
When I first connected Facebook Groups while making a zap, and I allowed Zapier to see all of my groups. When I got to pick a specific group, not all of my groups show up (specifically the 2 groups I admin for do not show up). Unfortunately, it seems that Zapier can’t connect to all of my groups. And I only need it to post to the 2 groups I admin for, anyway. I have deleted my zap using Facebook Groups and I have disconnected the Facebook Groups app. But whenever I try to reconnect to the app, it automatically connects to my Facebook Group with the same settings, aka all of my groups. I don’t get the option to choose what it connects to anymore. So my acceptance to connect Zapier to all of my Facebook groups is stored somewhere. I need to delete it or edit it. Then I could only connect my two groups, instead of all of my groups. Does anyone know how to edit stored information like that on Zapier?
Hi everyone!I’m trying to connect Woocommerce with Google Calendar in order the New orders are schedule in our internar Calendar. My problem is when I try to set the Start Date & Time with de data of Woocommerce, it doesn’t find the info. Does anyone know how can i connect it according to de right info? Thanks a lot!
It also looks like when I test the Zap, it is passing information to Zoom but it’s the wrong information. The registrant field is where the person’s name should be, so I selected “Contact Id” from the options but it’s only showing numbers. Is this totally basic? I’m following the tutorials but I’m confused because the data options seem so different from what I’m seeing.

Hi there - I don’t see the option to do this in the Zap so this may be a dumb question. I am trying to create a new Slack workspace (not a channel) when a Salesforce opportunity is created. Is this possible? Am I not seeing this task option because I might not have the right permissions on my Slack account? Thanks in advance for your help.
I am creating a zap to push a tracking number from our shipping software into a field in Hubspot, when that record is updated a workflow in hubspot will trigger. We are dropping the customers shipping record into google sheets and plan to have the zap trigger when a new worksheet is created. We have everything setup. The question is how to update the HS record with the tracking number before the HS workflow is triggered. When you get to the action step in the zap “Create or Update Contact in Hubspot”, it is asking for the contact email for which a dropdown is there relating to the google sheet. I am not sure what to put in here?
Hi,I had a great zap triggered by the adding of a new line in a google spreadsheet.At one moment, I don’t know why, all the mapping got screwed up.In the zap, instead of having the names of the columns, it switched to labels like COL1, COL2, etc.Why does this happen and how to switch it back to column name mapping ?Thank you !Be wellMichel Wozniak
Hi,I have a zap triggered by the adding of a new line in a google spreadsheet.It exploits many of the columns (fields) from the document.But now, I need to add a column right in the middle of the document.Will it screw the mapping up, or is the mapping really connected to the name of the column ?Thank you !Michel Wozniak
When I create a zap that triggers on adding a new line in a google spreadsheet, it works perfectly.But, if I happen to erase let say 2 lines in the document, the fact is that the next two lines that will be added in the document are simply ignored.How is it possible to make it work properly ? Is it possible to “reset” the last line number after having removed one or more lines from the file ?Thank youMichel
Hi,none of the tasks (orders processes from magento 1.9) are run within 15 minutes.for example order created in magento at 2020-11-13 15:18:23 and it task was run successfully in zapier at 2020-11-13 15:45:5427 minutes delayis there any thing I can do in magento to sort it out as support says something in magento is not allowing zapier to pick up the task.many thanksAssaf
i have airtable running and am pretty scrpted in how it works its zaped together with zendesk so i can embed the form you can create on airtable to make a record. Yet, if i test run it works fine transfering the new record to zendesk, but if i fill out the form nothing… it dosen’t send anything to zendesk its like its not triggering.
Hi. I am working on a flow, where I import some data from my Shopify store of certain specs from my customers for a specific product design. For right know, i’m manually sending these data from my Shopify to my supplier. I would like to send these automatic using a Zapier workflow, but I have a hard time figuring out the correct workflow. I have been using the formatter → pick from table in my initial try, but this will become a very long flow as there is up to 7 input points and then I have to add a “pick from table” for each input right? (unless i have misunderstood something) Is there a way to pick multiple inputs and then convert all of them to individually outputs? In this example i would like to choose input 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9:Thank you in advance!
Hello everyone, I am new to Zapier. In my job I faced the task of making a glossary. That means I have to copy one line in Russian, then its equivalent in English & paste it the Excel file. Is there a way to partially automate this task? For example, if I highlight the line, and Zapier copies it and inserts it in the opened Excedl file?If MS Word is not available, I think I could use Google Docs.Thanks!

So I made a new Zap the if you send a email to the email to a discord server but when I was testing it I tried to send a very long message and it did not send but I set a short message after that and it went through. So my question is is their a limit to how much the bot can send and I just realized the title should be:Is there a limit to how long the email can be for it to go through to the discord bot
I’m trying to send information out to google sheets whenever a card is updated, in this case the card’s key info is within custom fields. Editting a descriptions or title value of a card triggers the zap and all goes well, however, editing a custom field does not trigger the zap. I have tried manually sending a webhook out from Trello however I get a “Error Parsing Body” error when running the webhooks.sh file. Is there any way around this aside from a polling function that checks for differences?
SendGrid not showing up in list of available applications but can reuse an existing zap that has one
Thank you in advance for any help with this. I am able to copy existing zaps with SendGrid as a node, but I’m not able to create a new SendGrid node in any of my Zaps as it does not show on the list of available applications, please help.
