Zap deactivating "Could Not Be Switched On"

Hello,

 

I’m having the same problem with a zap which was perfectly working.

I’ve turned it off just the time to make it check with my boss.

And now when I try to reactivate it I’m receiving this mail: “Zap Could Not Be Switched On” 

I tried every test again many time, no error message, nothing indicated but it is just impossible to turn it on…

I’ve tried to reach the Zapier support but I’m not having any answer...

Hi @Cedric La Ruche 

You can try a few things to solve it:

  1. Try duplicating the Zap and then activate it, if still shows the error
  2. Try rebuilding it entirely

Sometimes connections can fail or action/trigger can get deprecated, that’s why Zapier can’t function properly. Also with the new zap editor change, there can be some issues with that too.
