Hello,I am new to Zapier and am trying to find out IF Zapier supports a syncing link between Quick Books Online and Apple’s iCloud services? Specifically I am looking for creating a link between the Contacts in both programs.I can create a link using PieSync BUT since PieS is now part of Hubspot, I have NO idea if that support will continue past 12/31/2021. Hi! I am trying to send a slack message to a private channel. Zapier allows me to select the channel, and fill out the fields, but the “To continue, finish required fields” button stays put. I also notice that the channel selection seems to clear on its own.Am I simply filling this form out incorrectly? Or is there a bug?Thanks for your help
I just spent an hour or so trying to get one of my Zaps to trigger, and nothing seemed to work. Then suddenly when the clock struck noon (PST), all of the Zaps I had attempted to trigger over the preceding hour launched at once.Does anybody know where I can adjust this setting so that my Zaps will run at any time? Thanks!
Hey guys, I'm new here although I been using Zapier in the past, it were always very simple automations which were based on available apps by a default. Today I have such a challenge to create an integration with my own app. I think that I can use Zapier in a few different ways, depending on what I need to do. But in this case I would like to do a Zap by posting data through our API.To do so, do I need to go through developers platform and publish my app as I was going to offer a possibility to integrate with my app for the others even, if it's not my plan at the moment? I can imagine that if I do so and my app will be available in Zapier's marketplace I'll be able to use it for my own needs.Is there perhaps a different way, to achieve the same result without going through developers platform? Is this possible to choose while building Zap an action 'POST to my API'? Could you please direct me to where I can discover more about this subject?Have a good day everyone
I was hoping authorize.net integrated with zapier but it does not. Are there any payment gateways or workarounds maybe zapier to woo commerce. I charge customers as I deliver automatically. So I need to create an action. Bill customer $350 etc.… I took it for granted that authorize .net worked I was sure I read that aomewhere but I was wrong.I have my own merchant account so a regular PayPal account is not going to make sense. thanks for any advice.
My client is using Drupal 7. Zapier displays the “8” logo, so does anyone know if it will still work for version 7? Haven’t connected to Drupal yet, but I’m wondering what kind of triggers there are. All we really want is to send “Last Log-in Date” to Salesforce. Any thoughts? Thanks!
I just received a flux of e-mails in my inbox notifying me about an error with all of the Instagram to RSS Zaps I have setup in our account. The error for all of them states: “Could not find posts for user with id: XXXXXXXXXXXX: API access disrupted. Go to the App Dashboard and complete Data Use Checkup.” We haven’t passed our data usage for the month, and there are no indicators that something else needs to be setup in my settings. Is there a known issue with the Instagram integration to Zapier?
Hi there!Apologies if this has been answered already, and if it has please do point me in the direction of the post where I can find the answer and I will delete this post.The company I work for has a Zap that triggers one email sent immediately, and then using Delay by Zapier, one email is sent each week for the following three weeks thereafter.Today, that Zap was erroneously run a couple of times - which has now set up some customers who have already received the aforementioned email sequence to receive it again over the next three weeks.With all of this in mind, I’m wondering is there any way I can stop the remaining emails from sending? From Zap History -> Zap Runs, I was able to isolate the instances that we want to stop from running any further. If I select both of them and click “Delete” - will that stop the remaining tasks in the Zap from running? Or will that simply delete the log of Zap Runs from our Zap History, and the remaining emails will still be sent?Any advice is gr
Zaps for our clients are turning off immediately after turning them on. There is one zap that worked fine when testing, but when we go to turn it back on, it immediately shuts off. Support has been unresponsive. If anyone knows why this is happening, let us know. NO ERRORS in the zap, all systems are a go. Billing is fine. Thanks

Hello, I have a Google drive url related to a pdf file https://drive.google.com/file/... I want to retrieve that file and his name in order to use a CandidateZip analysis on it. I tried to use Google Drive component as a File Finder but it doesn’t accept google drive URL. Do you have any clue how to make it ?Regards
Hey Community I have a issue with a zap. I am sending invoices to Xero, that part is easy enough. However sometimes I will not have enough stock to create the invoice. (Just happens in my business) But when this happens I want it to log it to a google spreadsheet or alternatively try again except make it as a draft invoice the second time. If anyone can spread some light on how I can do this it would be greatly appreciated. :D I have been looking at the filter option but no luck. Also I have looked at the paths maybe that is the best solution?

I’m trying to integrate Acuity with Woocommerce, does anyone know exactly how that works? I need my orders from the Acuity scheduler to go to my Woocommerce store and I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. I tried to make a Zap that would send new orders but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Hi all So basically we use Hubspot and I would like to achieve the following. From a list of company URLs, I want to, Firstly, extract the key decision makers (whether this is using LinkedIn or some other third party). Secondly, find the work email (and ideally telephone) for those individuals along with their individual LinkedIn profiles, if available. Thirdly, for the above to easily sync with Hubspot so we’re ideally avoiding having to upload CSV’s all the time, but this isn’t a pre-requisite. Can anyone help advise on the above please and which Zapiers I would need? Or if it is indeed possible. I see Phantombuster can do some of the above and can link in with Zapier, but I’m not familiar enough with these systems to visualise how best they would all slot in. Thanks
Hello, I have a product with a special price if you are suscribed to a second product, so in case a customer unsuscribes from the second, I need to notify him that he needs to change the plan or otherwise his subscription will be over and he will loose all the data. So I have been checking events on Stripe when that occurs, and would be much easier if the event “customer.subscription.updated” was triggering my zap, but that doesn’t happen. Instead, there is a cancelation and a new subscription. Alright, I have argued enough with stripe about the info they send to Zapier, so I would prefer to adapt to the situation I find. So my plan was to check the cancelations once there is a new subscription. If there is no data, that’s a real new plan. If the cancellation happened in the last 10 seconds, that’s a swapped plan. Pretty frustrating issue when none of the 3 issues are applicable. You lose access to a paid feature the Zap uses (e.g., multi-step Zaps or premium apps) due to a trial expiration or plan downgrade.Payments haven’t changed, plan hasn’t changed, permissions haven’t changed. Multiple errors occur each time the Zap tries to run. An email notification will be sent if a Zap is turned off due to errors.No errors, as the original question stated. All tests run perfectly, the Zap turns off regardless. You make a change to a trigger or action of the Zap. You will need to turn the Zap back on once you are done editing it.Old Zap stopped. Troubleshooting with no results. Copied a new Zap, same issue. Created a brand new Zap, tested it, all successful. Zap still turns itself off immediately.
