I have set up a Zap where Google Forms should be sending any new entires over to my Podio contact list. The test Zap is working fine and the Zap is enabled but nothing is getting sent to Podio when a new entry actually comes into Google Forms. When I manually run the Zap, it cannot find any new items even if there are new entries in the Google Form. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I’m trying to connect Facebook Lead ads New Lead to Constant Contact as a New Contact. There’s a field requiring an Email. There are only 2 email fields in the drop down, the firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com . Both caused an error. I’m not understanding what field to draw from to enter into the email field to complete this trigger. I see that I can enter a static email into it, but none of the dropdowns set an email field to map to it. If there’s a form, then the email field in the lead should match the contact email field in constant contact. How do I make them connect with the fields mapped properly from lead ad to contact?
I am trying to integrate from my Mangeto 2 shop to Autopilot. It is easy to get Zapier to ad customers to a list in Autopilot, when a new order i made, but I can’t fined the parameter that tells my, if the custormer has signed up for my newsletter during checkout. Can any one tell my how I can solve this?Best regardsMads
Trying to update a Google sheet from a new contact, however, continue to have problems with Google sheets - either the Drive is unselected (you select the Drive you want but then once you run the test it is deselected) or in the second instance, having set the Zap up again, it’s now not pulling any fields in from the Google Sheet that it was doing previously. See screenshot. Anyone experienced this and can help?
We’ve recently started using Zapier to send broadcast emergency alert system emails to Twitter, but I’m fussing about with the formatting. I’d like to try to include the varying originator of the alert, which appears in the email between parentheses like so:“An EAS Participant has issued a Required Weekly Test for all of Nebraska beginning at 2:00 pm and ending at 3:30 pm (NETRADIO) “So far, my attempts at using ‘Find’ and variations on (*) haven’t worked. Is there a better/proper way to get that? Thanks!
Good morning, I created an html template as a base to send a repair order, with a google sheets> Gmail zap.In the header I have 2 small images less than 200 x 200 px. hosted on a server.When testing Zap, the email is bounced. If I delete the images, the mail arrives correctly, and even if the route is incorrect, it also arrives, showing the image box with the error.I copied the html code from the Zap and uploaded it to the server and the images look correctly as seen here:https://tiendatalknetapps.000webhostapp.com/prueba.htmlI can't figure out what the problem is, could you give me some help?Thank you very much already
Hello - My website new inquiry forms are emailed to me in Outlook. I would like to have the email contact information (name and email) automatically entered into Mailchimp when I receive these new inquiry forms. How do I create a Zap to do that? In case this is important- the email leads come from the same email address and they are in the exact same format each time.

Hi, question regarding a Zap between Paperform (a survey tool) and Google Spreadsheet: if I am the owner/creator of this Google Spreadsheet and later need to transfer ownership of the spreadsheet to the client, will this break the Zap? Or does ownership not matter after we set up the initial Zap?

Everytime that WPAE exports a file, I need it to be placed in Github.I am stuck in “Send Data” step in Zapier with error “The pull request could not be sent to GitHub. - The app returned "Validation Failed".”Any help what to here? When creating a new deal on HubSpot, there’s a checkbox for multiple options and I would like to create multiple rows based on the options checked. I have tried integrating HubSpot with Google Sheets using “Create Spreadsheet Row(s)” and split the text in that property into separate fields/line items and nothing will give me the option to create new rows based on those items.Here is a photo of what I see when I get to the last section. Hello, I’m working on a web app using google sheets and sharepoint that updates data using Zapier. I’d like for clients to authorize Zapier to connect to their own Google Sheets and Excel documents from the web app. Does anyone know of a way to have clients authorize Zapier to access different sheets and sharepoint accounts from a separate web app? It seems like web hook or api could work but would this be secure? thanks!
I’m using Ticket Tailor to sell tickets to a webinar that is being hosted with Zoom, and Zapier to automatically create Zoom webinar registrants when a new order is placed in Ticket Tailor. I’m also new to Zapier.Ticket Tailor has a critical feature that allows registrants to pay online via credit card immediately, or to select offline payment and pay via check separately. This is important to me because a lot of our customers are government and cannot use credit cards online for payment. When they select offline payment, the Payment Status field is set to ‘Pending’.When I initially set up the Zap, the webinar registrant would be created automatically even if the Payment Status field was still ‘Pending’ (I.e. before they paid). I set up a filter to prevent that from happening which worked fine, but now the problem is that when the payment is received and the Payment Status field is updated to “Paid”, the Zap does not recognize it and the webinar registrant is not created.There is no tr
I have created the following zap between Salesforce and Kajabi:When Opportunity Closed /Won > grant offer in kajabi I have run the tests before turning the zap on and Zapier is finding the correct information from salesforce and when I go through the process everything works perfectly. However, when I turn the zap on nothing happens. It’s like the data isn’t being passed to Zapier from Salesforce. We have other zaps that collect information from other apps and passes information to Salesforce, which all work fine. This is the only zap where Salesforce is the trigger, so wondering if I am missing something here? We are using Salesforce Legacy - would this make a difference?
Hi there, I’m looking at using Zapier to connect LiveChat to Pardot. I can see it creates a new user in Pardot when they start a chat using LiveChat. But I’m wondering at what point it does this (ie. When they fill out the pre-chat survey?), and does it place a cookie on the user’s browser, like a Pardot form would? Any help is much appreciated!
