Retroactively Catch Data From Webhook After Trial Ends

Hello everyone.

I had zaps running with Catch Hooks getting data from an automation program which pushed data and then Zapier processed that into Trello.

But I had those webhooks running during my 14 days trial and forgot to purchase the premium license when it ended (which caused the zaps to shut down).

Question is: if I purchase the premium license now and reactivate the zap will it be able to get all the data that was pushed during the time the zap was deactivated?

Thank you.

Hi @rxcorpcfrm

You will likely have a gap of missing data while the Zaps were OFF.

Zaps work when turned ON for new data going forward, not retroactively.

You can check your Zap Runs history details to see all the triggered Zaps and the DATA IN/OUT for each step of the Zap: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hey @rxcorpcfrm,

Troy’s correct here, we’re unable to trigger for webhooks that were sent while the Zap was turned off. That said, if you’re able to get a CSV file containing the data the Zap missed while it was switched off there is a workaround you can try: Bulk import data into Zaps

Hope that’s helpful! :)
