Firing a Postback Pixel

Is there a way to fire a postback pixel? I am using the HTTP POST method and zapier is giving me the reject “method is not allowed”. I test the pixel in the URL and it looks to work successfully. Any idea why zapier is giving this rejection?

That should definitely work. 

It looks like the postback receive is the one returning the error.
