Hi,We have a zap that updates Salesforce when a payment in Xero is reconciled. We’d like to get the Xero UserId so we can send an email to the user that reconciles alerting them that Salesforce has successfully been updated.I can find the UserId in Xero...just can’t seem to work out how to get Zapier to find it.Thanks in advance.KRMichael
I see that its pretty simple to have Google Assistant add things to other apps. I am trying to do the opposite. I want google assistant to be able to pull information from a cell on either google Sheets or excel. So in a nut shell I want to say “Hey Google…. How much is the water bill” And for Google Assistant to trigger, reading the total in the cell marked as “water bill”. Is this possible?
Hi!We had a zap that would transfer task info upon update on ClickUp to Google Sheets. It was working normally until the 20th of Oct, but it`s stopped since. It only works when testing it.I have checked the connections, checked the fields and the criteria and all seems ok.What may be causing this not to work?
I’m trying to create a new Wordpress post every time a Facebook page post occurs. Additionally, I would like to set a Facebook post picture as a Featured image for my Wordpress post.Prior to creating a new Wordpress post, I successfully upload a picture as a Wordpress media.But then, when I create a Wordpress post, I don’t know what to put in a “Featured media” field. E.g. when I put “Media details file” from an upload step, it creates a post with an empty Featured image.I tried to apply advice from this thread but I cannot find “Attachment ID” field in an upload step anymore.Which data from an upload step should I use?
I tried the steps above to change the permissions of the template and the folder where the template and cloned doc will be stored. However I still get the permission error even though the document is successfully created (see Loom video below). My trigger is adding “new file to folder” and I’ve connected my Dropbox account and completed everything that needs to be done - in fact, I have an identical zap (with slightly different paths) that works perfectly. Assuming my paths are correct, why is the trigger test not working? The whole sequence is Dropbox → Asana: Create Task but the Dropbox trigger fails to begin with, before getting to Asana.
Trying to get a zap to work but keep hitting a timing issue that needs to be resolved on the Zapier side as Shopify is running as fast as its going to. Workflow looks like this: Customer Places order In ShopifyWhole Order Is Tagged in Shopify Zap is run using - Trigger - New Paid Order in Shopify Filter - Only continue if the order contains the specific tag Action - Send Email We keep running into the issue where Zapier is pulling the informaton too quickly so orders are getting tagged in shopify but AFTER they have gone through the above process so the emails are not getting sent out. I have tried running using the Trigger - Updated Order in Shopify but this doesn’t look like it treats the tags being added as an update so does not run successfully. Is there a way we can delay the file information being pulled into zapier so the order tags have chance of being pulled in OR set up the Tagging so it counts as an updated order? Thanks !

The platform I am using to send requires that the phone numbers contain international call code infront. I am in Greece, so this is 30, without the plus sign. So a number 6910xxxxxx would change to 306910xxxxxx.Basically any number that begins with 69, which is all Greek mobiles, would change to 3069, and the rest of the number. A number that already begins with 30 should not change.How can I achieve this with the existing Zapier filters / t

Hi! I have a google spreadsheet that contains transaction details for incoming bills. I want to set up a process for importing these bills from sheet to QBO with multiple line support. Bills transaction journal looks like this (it is a sample of transactions that constitute one bill): I have tried to set up direct integration between QBO and Google Spreadsheet, but it creates a separate bill for each line in a sheet while I need all line within on bill number (it is in Memo field now but I can add bill number field as separate key field). Could someone help me with this task?I have read couple articles about line items, formatter, storage and delay, but frankly speaking it created a total mess about it.I would appreciate any help. Hootsuite error: “Attachment has an unsupported mime type error” when posting images to monday.com board.
I’m hitting an issue with posting a graphic from Monday.com to Hootsuite and getting the “Attachment has an unsupported mime type error”. I’ve tried to get the image out multiple ways but I thought I had cracked it when I got an actual png link from Monday.com. The URL is https://mindfulbirthing.monday.com/protected_static/12729604/resources/572177696/IG_%20mbcptt%20scholarship.png. I can see that in the URL it says protect_static so that’s probably the issue. Can anyone give me a clue how I get an image from Monday.com into Hootsuite via Zapier please? I just want to post image (originally created in Canva) into Hootsuite. I’ve tried to Google Drive, from Canva and from Monday.com. I know I’m doing something dumb - please help as I’m starting to lose my mind!

Hi Community, I’m building my first Zap, and I am running into some issues. My CRM integrates with Zapier, and another program I use can import CSV files. So I would like to transfer info from the CRM form to my other program by creating a CSV through Zapier. That’s the overview. I’m trying to import my CSV column headers from Excel into Zapier, because there are a lot of them. The columns go all the way to AFD, so I’d prefer to import them vs manually creating all of them in Zapier. I created step 2. Utilities in Formatter but when I tested the connection, it said:The app returned "<urlopen error retrieval incomplete: got only 72357 out of 72537 bytes>".I guess first, does it sound like I’m on the right path? If so, what do I need to do to fix this error?On a side note, there is one field that I need to split from the form into 2 fields on the CSV. Is there a way to delimit that field? Thanks!

I wanted to Link Firebase w/ Gmail so whenever I get a new object in a path in the Realtime Database, I would get a email telling me what the response was. I linked my account successfully and it asked me for the path. I have attached the configuration below for both Firebase and my Zap config. I want specific feature in that is, job posts will be created automatically by email (Gmail) parsing.I tried Zapier, but it creates only blog posts.These job posts are custom type post and not the regular default blog posts on WordPress.Is there any way to parse the email data and create a new job post? I’m trying to connect a Google Sheet that collects newsletter sign up information to Salesforce, however I get this message: Failed to create a contact in SalesforceCould not create record of the "Contact" object: Primary Affiliation: id value of incorrect type: NoneTroubleshoot error In our Salesforce, Primary affiliation field is required. I have set up an extra Zap step to search for the primary affiliation given in the Google sheet in Salesforce , and if it doesn’t find one, to create a new account (i.e. primary affiliation for the person who has just signed up to the newsletter). FB leads not importing full name and phone number but it imports just time in google sheets. First one is the sample I tested and it works but then when the real lead comes in it imports only TIME and not full name and phone number.What could be wrong? thanks…
Hi I’m trying to set up a zap that detects when a deal in Pipedrive is first assigned a specific Deal Status, and message a slack channel. Through testing, the zap works perfect (pulls the right data and messages the slack channel), however when I turn on the zap I can’t get it to fire by updating deals in Pipedrive. I’ve tried both the “Updated Deal Stage” and “Deal Matching Filter” trigger options. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this to not trigger? Thanks
