OneDrive Error: "The app returned "Resource not found for the segment' root: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'."."

So, I am having trouble creating a folder structure in OneDrive I think I need to know what ID to use for the subfolder that I am creating. Please see the below scenario. Email w/ new attachment comes into gmail The next step is finding a folder in onedrive if it does not exist create. parent folder is candidate and the folder it is looking for is fghij (this works great I can create this folder every time) Create a subfolder named 01234 for the parent folder I am using the custom field “parent reference ID” and the name of the folder I am using 01234The error I am getting is “The app returned "Resource not found for the segment 'root:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'.".”From the research I have done I definitely need to use an ID on the third step because the folder in step 2 does not exist until the zap runs and there is no way to specify this folder.Please let me know if you need more information.Thanks!

Freshdesk empty values

Hi,I want to integrate Freshdesk tickets/ contacts into Active Campaign. However when i take “ticket created” as a trigger start, it does not send along the Requester E-Mail, which is definitely not Null nor empty.  Anyone having the same problems? Thanks,JOhanna

Error: Failed to create a subscription in Chargebee. The app returned "id: The value #Test is already present."

Hi all,I’m facing a problem where I want Zapier to go through this flow:AirTable record modified Filtered by Status: Pending Payment Search for existing customer in AT Create a new customer profile on ChargeBee if the above is false Create a new subscription on ChargeBee Here is where my problem lies, ChargeBee receives the information and creates a customer.But when it attempts to create a new subscription on ChargeBee, it tells me that the Customer ID already exists.I am using ChargeBee 2.0, so it is supposed to find an existing customer to create a subscription to tag onto.This is a problem for me because the same Lead can have multiple subscriptions.Help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Zap for Facebook Lead Form doesn't show all fields after test lead

I have multiple zaps running for a Facebook lead form with additional questions add (such as “tell us more about your work experience”) I experiences multiple times that not all the fields are synced when I pull a test lead. Therefore I can not create a zap with all the information in the lead form… It shows me most of the fields, but often 1 field is missing…. I tried waiting a couple days to pull a new lead, and it does pull a new test lead, however still missing that field. The other questions are display, except 1…What to do?

Fieldmapping error I’m getting an error passing a contact from Kajabi to Keap. Yes, I’ve contacted customer service, And I’ve tried troubleshooting with other experts. We can’t figure out what is milling or “invalid” for the billing region.

provided dataset is not valid "label" is not allowed

I’m trying to create a Lead in Pipedrive using Zapier, and I have this error message : ‘provided dataset is not valid "label" is not allowed’I have no idea what ‘label’ refers to here as I don’t have a field in my Leads section in Pipedrive.I came across a post here from someone having the same problem. The answer to that thread was to leave the field blank, which I did, but I’m still getting that error despite leaving the field blank.Thanks for your help !  Sandhya.

Knack error after performance upgrade: "Required field "Search Value" (search_key) is missing."

I’ve noticed that Knack no longer seems to pass derived values from the Database records to Zapier like Text-concatenation fields and autoincrement fields.It causing a lot of problems because we use these values in Zapier to pass as text searches to Zendeske.g subject:<derived_value>where <derived_value> is a text concatenation of field_a and field_b. We now get errors in Zapier "Required field "Search Value" (search_key) is missing."

HTML in my zap not parsing correctly

I have a Zap that posts from Wordpress to a private Facebook group when I create a post in WP. It posts successfully. However, within the message body of the post in Facebook, it is not parsing the HTML tags (see attached screenshot). Any suggestions? Thanks!

Action Fields: Stripe payment linked to Convertkit Sequence

I am new to Zapier and trying to set up  a trigger from A) Stripe customer payments for digital product to B) A Convertkit sequence for purchasers of this digital product.  It was going well and seemed to all be connected but none of my purchasers in Stripe are getting zapped over to the convertkit sequence. I think it has to do with the ACTION STEP, specifically, EMAIL, FIRST NAME + NULL . What goes in these fields?? I can't find it anywhere. I do not understand what email goes here and why.

Lookup Google Sheet Row - Zap doesn't stop on failure - Part 2

The linked post details a fix to stop your zap from running following a failed Google Sheet lookup. The purposed solution is to “add a filter checking the value of “Zap Search was Found Status”Can someone please elaborate on how to do that? Error: "Failed to create a contact in Keller Williams Command. A contact with this email address already exists"

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Kw Command Email Contact already exists error. We are using Zapier to connect Paperform into Command. We would like the contact information that is filled out in the form to be populated in Command. We are running into the following issue. Once we connect the apps and test the integration, we get the 400 error. Specifically around the email address. Any guidance or help would be much appreciated.

New Leads sent to Salesforce won't add to Campaign

I have a 3 Step Zap.  When I have new leads come from my landing page, Zapier creates the lead in Salesforce, then adds the lead to a campaign. I’ve tried half a dozen tests this morning.  All with unique names, phone numbers and emails.  The leads are created, but not added to campaign. Zapier emails me and says leads are already in the campaign.  I’ve sent tests from different computers, thinking maybe its matching IP addresses. Still the same, “lead is already in campaign”. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Help with zapping between Google Calender and Active campaign

I’m currently in the process of having it so when a customer is added to my Google Calendar, the tag on their account automatically changes. I’ve gotten this far however I’m having issues getting any further.Any time i try to add the ‘CONTACT ID’ section using any of the details I received from Google calender (e.g. email, phone etc.) which match the users details on my Active campaign (see 1st image below) I get the below error ‘the app returned contact not found’ (please see image below that)!Anyone have any idea where I’m going wrong? I’ve been trying to fix this all day and had no luck, it’s very annoying, it almost seems like Active campaign still cant match the users information from the Active campaign users details to the existing Google c

Help: Required field "Subscriber Email" (email) is missing.

Hi all :) I just integrated zapier with my Facebook lead ads and Mailchimp flow. I have set up a trigger and tested the flow. It works in test mode. But when i set the zap live, the Facebook lead ads won’t automatically come over in my Mailchimp audience. When i track the history on the Zap, i get this error message: “Required field "Subscriber Email" (email) is missing” I have tried to reload the test trigger and i have checked the connection on Facebook and it looks right. Anybody who can help or advise me in the right direction? I have uploaded screenshots from both facebook, zapier and Mailchimp. Please say if you need more info.

Product description filter only works using Stripe Legacy and not the current Stripe version

Hi everyone -- I have perused essentially all of the articles on this and cannot find a solve, and I believe it’s because stripe has changed the filter information available lately. I am trying to help a client set up stripe filters to trigger into flodesk, as her clients purchase specific products from her.  The filter option is not giving me anything that has the names of her products. Multiple products of hers are the same price, and she occasionally offers coupon codes, so the amount filter does not work.  I personally somehow have access to Stripe Legacy in my Zapier -- and that allows me to use the product description filter, so it works fine, but that is missing from the current Stripe integration.  Has anyone seen this issue? Is there something I should be adding to her Stripe data? Please help! This has been immensely difficult.

MySQL update to Adalo: Failed to create a record in Adalo - The app returned "Not Found".

Hi there, I have replicated a MySQL database that I use for a separate web app to my Adalo records and use Zapier to update and create new records from new MySQL entries to Adalo records and vice-versa. One such interaction that I’m having trouble with is assigning ‘devices’ to ‘users.’ I have a junction table in MySQL to connect these instances, as well as separate ‘devices’ and ‘users’ tables. When a new entry is made in the junction table ‘user_device’ on MySQL, I want to Create a new record in my ‘user_device’ database on Adalo (functionally does nothing but I believe I need to create a new record to use the record ID in Adalo for the next step) Update the corresponding device_id in my ‘devices’ database on Adalo to add the ‘user_id’ to link that device to the user (background info, this is a many-to-many relationship). I can successfully create a new record in Adalo as mentioned in step 1. But to update the ‘devices’ database and add the user to the record, my Zap is displaying th

Stripe Data missing

Hey There,We are using Stripe with Zapier to to pull in data and place to a google doc.It seems though two weird things are happening, Our order dates come in incorrectly more than half the timeExample: 2022-10-11 17:35:14 -- Correct44845.3087152778.   -- FailedThen our customer addresses will come in and be missing everything but the Zipcode.Has anyone encountered this, if i pull in the stripe Data on one that failed running a test, it appears to work just fine.

Mailchimp error: Failed to create a subscriber in Mailchimp Error from halted execution: The subscriber is not a member of the selected audience.

Hello!I have been occasionally experiencing a strange issue with a zap trying to modify a subscriber in Mailchimp, and notably tags.My tag modification has two steps: in the first step, I update a subscriber with renewed company, address etc. and alongside, pass a new list of tags to Mailchimp.The intent is to override the existing tag list, however, as you know, Mailchimp simply adds those tags to the subscriber’s tag list. So far so good.I then determine the list of tags that are *not* a part of this new taglist, and then issue a “Remove subscriber from Tag” action step with the list of “extraneous” tags. At this step, I get the following error:Failed to create a subscriber in MailchimpError from halted execution: The subscriber is not a member of the selected audience. I have gone back and checked the setup and the audience list is correct. Thinking that this may be because the record is in some weird locked state for update, I have tried to re-execute the initial add/update subscri

Twitter URL's posted to Discord show no previews / do not unfurl

When using a Twitter Mention trigger and posting it to Discord, what we see is a bare URL text in Discord. It doesn’t unfurl or show a preview. (this is the Zapier bot, I’ve obviously customised it with the name and icon).  If I take the same URL and enter it on its own in a message, it shows the preview / unfurls. The Zap ‘Message Text’ looks like this:Any suggestions on this? Is there something else I should be adding here? Is it a permission thing for the bot?

No info is transferred to my other Google Sheets after publishing my Zap

HiJust started using Zapier and piloting my first zap. I am trying to set up a zap that will basically keep two google sheets (Tables with data in them) aligned ie if the first google sheet (trigger) has a new entry, it is automatically added to the second google sheet, or if an entry is changed in the first google sheet, the entry will change in the second sheet I have created two actions as below, a lookup to ensure entry is not in second table and a second one to update an entry, but nothing moves when i publish the zap, and I can't work out where I add the name of the second sheet so the zap knows where to move the data Any help greatly appreciatedCheersClip

How to do I add prospect to list in Pardot from LinkedIn lead gen form

Hi all,I am having trouble adding prospects into a list within pardot.My whole process is -Trigger - new lead from linkedin lead gen form Action 1 - create new lead in salesforce Action 2 - create new prospect in pardot Action 3 - add prospect to list in pardotLooking at the zap history, there are no errors in the zap when it runs. New leads are made successfully in salesforce however the prospect is not added to a list in pardot.Was wondering if someone has experienced something similar and has a solution?

Formatter Outputs digits instead of strings

I can’t seem to figure out why when I do a split.text in the formatter, it spits out the number of items instead of the strings, I’ve tried using utilities instead of the text (line-text to items) and that doesn’t seem to work either. My project involves taking days of the week and creating dates for the following week so I’m trying to take the inputted text and split it to individual days so that I can make multiple dates for the following week. Example:Input: Thursday, Friday, SaturdayPossible Output 1:10/13/2022, 10/14/2022, 10/15/2022Possible Output 2a:10/13/2022Possible Output 2b:10/13/2022Possible Output 2c:10/15/2022The problem is that in the zapier studio, It seems to work like I want it to, but when I try it with the actual integration, it doesn’t seem to work like I want it to.
