ConvertAPI error: Converter not found. Please check supplied source and destination formats.

Good day,

 

I would like to ask for your assistance in helping me with this issue. From Airtable, I would want to convert an excel sheet (xlsx) to csv file. Unfortunately, whenever I test, an error occurs.

Hi @jobo23 

The file field expects a file url or a file object, rather than a file name.
