I had Zap which took a new project added to Toggl Track and created a task with the same name on a specific Asana project.

This worked flawlessly, but Zapier recently emailed me to say I needed to move from the Toggl (Legacy) App to the Toggl Track App.

I created a new Zap with the Toggl Track App, using the same settings as the existing one.

When I test the Zap in the editor, it works, but when I actually add a project in Toggl, no Task is created on the Asana board, and it doesn’t show in the Zap history.

Any help is hugely appreciated.

Hi @sleepcreaterepeat

All of the Toggl Track Zap triggers are scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.

Hi @sleepcreaterepeat

I’m on the ‘Free’ plan, but it’s not working no matter how long I wait.

@sleepcreaterepeat

Zaps work while turned ON for new data.

Make sure to test live for the event that would trigger the Zap.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity/issues: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thank you @Troy Tessalone. The Zap is turned on:

When I test, it works, and the Task is created in Asana, almost instantly:

The Zap history is empty:
