ActiveCampaign error: The app returned "The provided account does not exist. (422)

Hi,

I am trying to set up a zap so when a contact is added in active campaign it automatically adds them to our deal pipeline also in active campaign, and even though we have over 30 zaps connected to the active account i get the message below when trying to set this zap up

 

Failed to create a deal in ActiveCampaign

The app returned "The provided account does not exist. (422)".

 

Can anyone shed any light on this please

The Account ID field expects the ID of an Account, rather than a Contact ID.
