Google Sheets to Calendar Zap: Incorrect event date & time despite using Formatter, and correct timezone.

I’m trying to link google sheets to create google calendar events and no matter what I do, the time and dates are not right. I even changed timezones and used the formatter by Zapier. I’m not sure what else to do...

Google Spreadsheet X ClickUp integration - duplicated tasks created

I have created a Zap using “New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” as the trigger and “Create Task in ClickUp” as action.The idea is that every time someone includes a new row in a Google Sheets worksheet, a new task in ClickUp would be created. However, this was not working as planned, as tasks were either not being created in CU at all, or (more frequently), being duplicated. At first, I read in a forum that what could be causing this problem is the fact that the worksheet had filters applied on it. As this was an important feature for the team’s organisation, I tried the following workaround: creating a hidden worksheet that would replicate the original one (by using a simple formula - “=WorkSheetName!CorrespondingCell”), applying the trigger to this hidden worksheet instead, and changing it to “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets”. However, I still had the same issue of tasks being duplicated on CU.Does anyone know how to fix this?obs.: I’m on a free plan, so I don’t hav

Question about Coping text from any document - getting ChatGPT quota error

I wanted to upload pictures on instagram automatically. But I have a problem. Please solve it :) I want to save lots of sentences anywhere and whenever Zap start to operate, one sentence is randomly copied and I want to paste it on caption for picture that I want to upload. I think best way is to use chat gpt every time , but i don’t know why it’s not possible because of quota error (?)If you also know about this error, please let me know too. Sheets to ActiveCampaign: "Contact id or email is required" when running test action

I am making a zap so that when I add a row to a spreadsheet in Google Sheets, it should create or update a contact, add the contact to a list and add a tag as well. I have connected all the relevant columns to my pre-existing fields in ActiveCampaign. When I click continue, it shows me a preview of what information the test will include for the contact it plans to create. Everything that should be populated from the spreadsheet is blank, although I just added two test contacts (my own emails) with details, so that it could pull that information as a recently added row.When I run the test, I get the following error: Failed to create a contact in ActiveCampaignThe app returned "Contact id or email is required.". It says “Contact id or email is required” however I connected the “Email” field in Zapier to the column titled “Email” in my spreadsheet and there are two emails from my test contacts in there. I do not have anything connected to the “Contact ID” field in Zapier, because undernea

Output created by Zap "Find a folder in Google Drive" is missing Parent ID

Hi there,I have a Workflow starting with a Google Form that hands over parameter to a lower level step where I use “Find a folder in Google Drive” to check, if the name given from the form already exists as a folder.Running the Zap worked well for several month, but then something must have changed in the backend, so I am not getting all output parameters from this Zap like before. The Find is looking like this and also succeeds.  But the output is much less then before:  and in the next step I am missing an essential Output Parameter “Parent ID”. As explained above, it worked well for several month and I could select that parameter from the list of output parameters, but now it fails here because it is not provided anymore.I assume it could be a permission issue, but I am not sure what account would need additional permissions.We already tried to adjust permissions on the folder and drive, but it did not solve the issue. Can't change Microsoft account linked to Zapier ChatGPT integration

Hello everyone,I need assistance with changing the Microsoft account associated with my Zapier integration for ChatGPT. Currently, I have a Zap set up from Microsoft 365 to ChatGPT, but I want to switch it to a different Microsoft account. However, I am encountering some difficulties in doing so.Here is what I have tried so far:I attempted to delete the connection to Microsoft 365 within Zapier. However, when I recreate the connection, it automatically links to the same Microsoft account I used previously, without giving me the option to choose a different account. I also tried selecting a different account within the Zap, but it consistently authorizes the previous account without providing me the opportunity to enter different credentials. Additionally, I deleted the account from the App connections page, but this did not resolve the issue.I would greatly appreciate any insights or ideas you may have on how to resolve this situation. Instagram to Discord: Preview appears in test, but not when published.

Hey all,As seen in the image below when I die the test it showed an embed but when I tried to post on Instagram to test if it would automatically post in the channel it didn’t show anything.i read that there were issues 4 months ago, but why does it then sometimes work and then all of a sudden not? thanks in advance!kind regardsLaCie  As you can see in the first picture this was when setting it up and I tested it before publish.the second picture at the bottom is when I posted new Instagram reel to test if it would automatically post it.

Failed to find a task in Todoist: Error from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search.

Hi.I have a problem with the “find task” function with todoist.I explain my scenario:Step 1_ trigger: a task is completedStep 2_: look for the ID of the completed task (find nothing)Step_3: send a notification email (the address to be notified is custom and is taken from the task name which is always in the format "Name <email address>"The second step always returns that it hasn't found anything. Google My Business error: Couldn't create a post for this location. Request contains an invalid argument

I am connected the wordpress post to google business post but in the google business image field it gives me an error when I choose the wordpress image parameter  2:  3: I tried with several image urls that show me the list and the error keeps coming out, the same thing also happens to me with instagram, pinterest, twitter

Zap Error - Error sending Gmail with trigger from Asana

I am trying to create a Zap that will send an email to an email address once a new subtask is added to Asana. The email address is a custom text field on a project page in Asana (screencap #1).The Zap works perfectly in testing but return the error “To send a message, it needs at least one To, Cc or Bcc address.” (screencap #2) when triggered in real time. Looking at the Data out in the history log it appears that both the text_value and display_value are null (screencap #3) despite these values having the email address during the test (screencap #4) and having the trigger set up correctly (screencap #5).Can anyone identify what may be causing the issue?

Reply to Email form Gmail Error: invalid id value

Hello Everyone, I tried to set up an auto reply for my clubs gmail.The set up has a matching string ( uccelli) from there i can find the “test mail”.But in the second step replying to email in gmail, after filing out the bare minimum. (string to search , From, Reply message, Reply to) In the test it throws the error : invalid ID valueAny idea ?

Missing Columns When Setting Up A Google Sheets Transfer

Has anybody else encountered this issue?I’m setting up a Scheduled Transfer from a Google Sheet to an Airtable Base. I’m able to connect to both apps, no problem. When it comes time to map the data, Zapier won’t allow me to find or select the last 5 columns in the Google Sheet (columns BJ though BM, if that makes a difference). It’s like Zapier doesn’t think they exist. How do I move forward?

Zap error: Cannot publish Zap. Contact support to get your Zap adjusted.

If there is such a limit, what is it and how is it calculated? I think a Zap I’m building might have hit a limit. If I try to copy-paste steps it shows this error message And when I hit Publish, it says: Cannot publish ZapContact support to get your Zap adjusted.

Slack flow to create a folder with a specific name not working and getting an error.

Hi guys, I’m trying to create a flow that does the following:Can you create a flow that does this. When I send in a message in private slack that says "Create a folder for me, name it xxxx" It will automactly create that folder and according to the name I mentioned in the message.But it is showing this error in step 2. Any idea on how to resolve this issue? And if my flow was correct?

I’m suddenly getting an error when trying to troubleshoot my zap. It was working before, but suddenly is not working anymore. No changes were made to the zapier bot in Discord, or the zap itself. Mojo Sells Task Update to EZ Text

Set up the instant New activity trigger as suggested .It ran a test but will not rune when a new activity is added.Just upgraded to the Pro plan because I though there was some limitation to the free trial but that also does not see to work.Ideas?

Sub-zap throwing error "Did you fork or replay this step"

I am calling a sub-zap from another zap and the sub-zap is throwing the errorDid you fork or replay this step? We expected callbackUrl to be stored!The sub-zap is running tasks based on an array of values where it performs steps on the array. If I reduce the array to only one item it works fine. If I increase the array to more than 1 value it throws this error.I moved the array to the sub-zap so that the parent zap would be able to call single actions that wouldn’t be repeated after the sub-zap exits. Is this supported in sub-zaps or do I need to restructure my zaps to handle this differently?
