Migrated one time transfer not functioning when replicated in a zap - anyone able to help?

I'm trying to do a one time transfer which I migrated from the transfers feature which has now been depracated. The correct columns however do not appear. In the old transfers feature this was never an issue. Now the columns that appear are row, id, and content hash. Anyone any ideas how to fix?  I know the zap works as i have done tests which work fine. The one time transfer feature doesn’t seem to work though

Client email missing error, when client email isn't missing

I’ve got a handful of existing zaps (that have been working fine) until I went in to make a small amendment to one today.The zaps are triggered by a Jotform submission, and the action is to create a new project in Dubsado. Today I created a new workflow in Dubsado and so wanted to create change that detail in one of my zaps - so that it would apply that workflow when the new project was created. But when I test the zap, I get this error message;Failed to create a project in DubsadoRequired field "Client Email" (client__email) is missing.The client email is not missing. I went to the jotform on my website to submit manually with a valid email address, and it still wont create a new project. Next I went to my other working zaps to see if there was something I could spot that I’d missed when amending the other. And when I tested those (without changing anything within) they too are now coming back with the error.What have I done? Can anyone help?

Digistore: Unable to load choices. We are having troubles loading ‘Events’ data. The app returned ‘Error connecting to Zapier’.

I’m still facing the problem when creating a zap for digistore:‘Unable to load choices. We are having troubles loading ‘Events’ data. The app returned  ‘Error connecting to Zapier’.   None of the solution which are proposed work for me (copy an existing zap etc). Any idea, when this bug will be solved so I can use Zapier again? Bea

Data on Google sheet doesn't show on Airtable as it tested

I use zapier to link data between Google Sheet to Airtable. The process is when people fill in the form on Jotform, database goes to Google Sheet and I use formula to calculate some data. The result will be in another sheet. Then I use Zapier to link data on the result sheet on Google sheet to Airtable. The problem is every data shows and it’s successful when I tested it but for real situation, some data don’t show on airtable.  Is there any restriction or error that I may made for this process?

Not able to call Assistant functions from a Zap

This post was split from the topic: How to set up Zapier to find events on my Google Calendar via OpenAI Assistant ? @AndrewAvo The Zap action for ChatGPT Create Assistant doesn’t have options for Functions, but the OpenAI Assistant builder does. Your Assistant can be used in the Zap action: ChatGPT - Conversation with Assistant So it may be possible to configure the function in ChatGPT, then use the Assistant in a Zap, and have the configured function work. (tbd)            When a define functions from OpenAI Assistant interface and I run in Zapier the action  “Conversation with Assistant in ChatGPT”If the Assistant reply with text message then I receive the answer if the Assistant call a function then I have 504 error messageFunctions call does not seem to be enable in the list of tools we can use from zapier.Anyone managed to call functions in the Assistant from zapier ?

I use the Zapier plugin with ChatGPT to create a new Zap. ChatGPT returns the link to me (You can confirm the creation of this Zap using the following link.), but the link returns a server error (500). What to do?

Failed to create an upload file in Amazon S3. S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request.

I am trying to transfer Google Drive files from a folder into an Amazon S3 bucket. I have linked to the correct Google Drive account and Folder, selected the ‘Upload File’ event through Amazon S3, linked to the correct S3 account and then set up my actions. For this, I linked to the correct S3 bucket that I would like to upload to. For the key, I have selected the title, for the file I have selected the file, and for mimetype I have currently selected none. I have gone to test the step and I get given this error: Failed to create an upload file in Amazon S3. S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request.Does anyone know why I got this error and how I can solve it? So far, I have tried putting in my AWS access key ID and secret access key details again, and re-tested to no success, and also tried setting the mimetype to text/csv.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looping with incorrect formatting

Reference field from the Xero invoice came through to Monday as blank, even though I can see an alphanumeric entry.

I am using Zap to import paid records from XERO to Monday. All works fine except the reference field from the Xero invoice come through to Monday as blank, it acknowledges that there is a reference field but appears as blank, even though I can see there is an alphanumeric entry in it?

How are app developers encouraged to support "Find New Records" in the editor?

I’ve encountered a couple of apps now that have decided to support “Find New Records” in the editor by always returning the same dummy data rather than an actual recent record from my linked account. How are developers encouraged to support this button? Testing with dummy data is impossible and manually modifying the dummy data to incorporate enough real data to function is tedious time consuming. I’d like to be able to point them to something in the developer docs and say “please do this.”I did a quick search of the developer docs but didn’t see anything.

I have been uploading files from my interfaces form but when I get to the zap and test out that record all of the fields say no data for the file upload?I have everything come through apart from the file itself e.g. size, width, height

Hi i am getting similar error Message by using Instagram->Webflow.Troy is giving an answer but on his screenshot there are no settings i am stuck and dont get it to work. Somebody found a different solution or can provide the appropriate settings?

Zap working but says couldn't find any new items

I have a very basic zap - new invoice in Quickbooks = create order in Shippo. The zap appears to be moving the data but I’m getting “We couldn’t find any new items” message when the zap process completes. Anyone know how to fix this?

Square Invoice - Error: not a valid enum value for invoice.delivery_method

Attempting to send an email invoice to be paid by a customer, through SQUARE.I am required to provide a DELIVERY METHOD to send the invoice. DEFAULT states “Email”. No field to tell it what email to use.I assume “SHARE MANUALLY” means I have to send them the invoice. I want the invoice to be sent automatically.I am collecting my data via AIRTABLE, and I accept email as a field.If I use that email field as the “Delivery Method” I get this error.but I don’t know what that means, or how I am supposed to specify which email to send the invoice to. Please help.

Webhook to Office 365 Event

I have a webhook zap sending and creating an office 365 event. It is working successfully. When I view the logs of the zap, there is data out for the office 365 step and it contains a “ICalUID” field. I’d like to bring that back in the json that is returned to my script. I’m getting “status: success” and a few other IDs but I just need to add this one so I can store this UID for update reasons. Does anyone know how to get that? thanks in advance.

Need help troubleshooting Zendesk Update Ticket action

I’m trying to create a Zap that uses an action to update a Zendesk ticket with a new priority (either urgent or high) depending on some results of a different API call. I also want to add a new tag to indicate it’s been modified by this Zap, right now it’s called ‘auto_prioritized_by_zapier’.During my testing I tried updating a ticket, but it wasn’t updating with the new priority or tag and I thought it might be because it’s in testing so it isn’t actually updating anything. So I temporarily published it/turned it on and got a single live run to update a specific ticket, but it wasn’t updated.I’m not sure why this isn’t working, maybe I’m setting up the action incorrectly, maybe it’s something else but I haven’t found any answers yet. Why would the update action be failing? In the data out section of the zap history, it shows the details of the ticket I’m trying to update without the new priority or tag. (i.e. not updated)data indata out new priority - cropped for data privacy

Trying to create a Zap that will trigger when a new payment is made in Stripe, then create a new subscriber in Mailerlite. Not returning any customer email data.

I’m am trying to create a Zap that triggers when a payment in made in Stripe, then create a new subscriber in Mailerlite.I’ve attached a screenshot.  It is showing that I do not have any email data.  How do I get the email data?

Asana error: An unexpected error occurred while processing this request. The input may have contained something the server did not know how to handle

Hello all!  I was wondering if I could get some help.  I created a zap that creates an asana project from a template when a case is opened in SalesForce.  It worked fine last week, and no edits were made to it.  Now, all of a sudden, it is throwing up an error:“Oops! An unexpected error occurred while processing this request. The input may have contained something the server did not know how to handle. “I checked my connection between Zapier and Asana, and even got rid of and recreated the connection.  Nothing has helped.  Any ideas?

My Patreon-to-Slack Zap isn't pulling cancelled subscriptions.

Patreon only shows membership cancellations on their dashboard, which we never look at. I tried to set up a Zap to post in a Slack channel when someone cancels (we currently have one that posts when a new person subscribes), but when I go to set it up the trigger is not pulling cancelled subscriptions.Help!

Typeform to Webflow CMS Zap issue: Image upload not transferring successfully

Hi there!I am having a small issue with my Typeform > Zapier > Webflow CMS automationFor context, I have a Typeform form that includes an image upload. I can manage to get all the text data to be pulled into my Webflow blog CMS but I can’t get the image upload from the form to get uploaded into Webflow. I think it has something to do with the image URL that Zapier creates not being a public one so Webflow can’t pull it in. FYI I reached out to Webflow support and this is what they said:--Typically, the Webflow CMS will import an image when:The image is hosted on a publicly accessible URL, meaning that the Typeform image URL should not be private. The image URL ends in an image format supported by Webflow (.png, .jpg, etc) — Image file types | Webflow University. The image file size is below the recommended limit of 4MB — Image field - Webflow University.--The image meets the last two conditions but I don’t think if it meets the first.Can someone please help!Thanks in advance :)

New Shopify Point of Sale order to trigger zap

Hello! I have a zap that is triggered by a new Shopify order. It then looks to Airtable to see if the email attached to the Shopify order is in the Airtable base. If so, it adds some order data to the Airtable base. If not, the automation ends. It works as expected if the order was placed online, but an order made in person on a point of sale device does not seem to trigger this zap. All orders end up in the same place in Shopify so I’d have assumed that a POS order would trigger this. Does anyone know why a POS order wouldn’t trigger this zap?

Tally Zap problem: inconsistent email format (body/attachment)

I am trying to send an email with gmail when my Tally trigger is activated. The problem is, the email body I am sending with gmail sometimes appears in the body, sometimes as an attachment in an enclosed text file in my mail. How can I do to always have it in the body?Thanks for the help!
