Square Space and klayvio not working at all

Hi All. 

 

I am trying to set up a integration between Square Space and klayvio.. user completes the form on the SS site, the data is meant to go into Klayvio..

 

I have set up many zaps all of work.. this one is not working at all. In Zapier i can see the forms i want to connect from Square Space, I can see the list i want the data to go to. 

 

yet nothing works except the first test (which is NOT seeing my form submissions on test data) 

 

The Klayvio list is set to single opt in.. 

 

Any help would be amazing. thank you

Welcome to the Community.

 

If you're having trouble with your Squarespace to Klaviyo integration, ensure your Zap is set up correctly with Squarespace's "New Form Submission" as the trigger and Klaviyo's "Find or Create Subscriber" as the action. Test your Zap to verify it pulls form submissions, check Squarespace form settings to send data to Zapier, and confirm Klaviyo is ready to accept new subscribers. Lastly, ensure both accounts are connected correctly in Zapier. If issues persist, contact Squarespace or Klaviyo support for further help.
