I’m trying to send out Birthday and Purchase Anniversary journey emails. However Zapier needs to map custom fields Birthday and Purchase Anniversary from Follow Up Boss and it doesn’t do that. What can I do to trigger birthday emails for starters?

If you can't map custom fields from Follow Up Boss in Zapier, a workaround is to extract these fields from the "notes" section using Zapier's Parser. Create a Parser mailbox, then set a Follow-Up Boss Zap to email the "notes" field to the Parser. Teach the Parser to extract specific fields like birthdays or purchase anniversaries. Finally, create a second Zap triggered by new Parser emails to use the extracted fields for actions such as sending personalized emails.
