I created zap to send my leads from social media ads platforms to Clickup CRM , and it works well , but from time to time I get issue for 1 or 2 leads .
I changed the format of the phone number field to text to avoid this problem, but it still exists.
Can someone help me my issue ?

Hi @AhmedAgamy,
I’m so sorry for the late reply.
Could you please send a screenshot of the Formatter step so that I can see the if the setup is correct?
I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!

Hi @farak04,
It looks like you have an open ticket with our Support Team regarding this issue. I recommend continuing the conversation with them via email since they have the correct tools to look closer at the logs and the Zap.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Hi @AhmedAgamy ,
Can you give us an idea of how this got resolved? Is this issue with ClickUp or Zapier? And did you use a formatter to fix it?
Hi @debbrancheau 👋
I had a quick look on this end an it appears that the issue was caused by some Extra Fields in the ClickUp action and removing them resolved the issue. I’ll share the reply from the Support team that has more details in case it’s helpful:
I have been looking at this Zaps and I can see what is happening here. The Zaps are erroring out because of the extra fields on the Zap.
Extra fields appear if a field that was used on the Zap setup is no longer needed on the current setup. These fields can bring unwanted results like what we see here.
To resolve this you want to remove the extra fields on both Zaps by clicking on Remove these Extra fields.
Once done, please click on the publish button to update the changes on the Zap, and you should be all set.
I am confident this will resolve the issue but please feel free to write back to me should you have any other queries.
Can you take a look at the ClickUp action in your Zap and remove any Extra Fields that might be present? If there aren’t any fields can you share a screenshot here of the set up of the ClickUp action in your Zap so we can check whether there’s a different issue with the set up of the action that’s erroring? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
