We keep getting this error and I can’t for the life of me see why! It’s a new contact, I cant see anywhere else it’s been added, I need help ! Screenshots attached. It’s probably a simple thing to those who know.

Flodesk error indicates: The subscriber you are trying to add is already in this workflow.
To prevent the error you would first need to find the Flodesk subscriber, then add a Filter step to determine if the subscriber is not already part of the workflow, before continuing to the next step to add the subscriber to the workflow.
Thanks Troy, we know the people are not in the workflow. They are all new to us. Do we still need to add a filter step? And where does that come in the zap?
Help us have more info by posting screenshots that show how your Zap actions steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
I did attach on my original post, you need something else?

Ok, will get on it tomorrow. But now I have to go into a 2 hour zoom.
