I am new to Zappier so looking for some simple answers about whether I can do what I want, and how. Building my project plan is based on a template but once copied I need to do a lot of row additions as well as indents to generate a structure that Asana calls task/subtasks.A few questions about integrating the two:is there a Zap you can create that generates a task on row creation but triggered by an action in Smartsheet, like a specific column with a dropdown selection that says something like ‘generate task’? is there also a Zap you can create that creates a SUB task assuming a) the row is indented in Smartsheet and b) I presume generated as above? what would be required to generate the same pair of Tasks and SubTasks as rows and indented rows if someone was working in Asana doing the same?I’m not super thick but again, this integration app is new to me, so apologies if its covered elsewhere. Hello Everyone, I have a zapier dealflow within affinity. I trigger one zap with a change in field value on the “status” column in Affinity. The idea is whenever the owner in a certain is changed I will sent him directly a slack message. For some reason if I delte the owner (wrong assigment) and then assigned it again the zaps always gets triggered twice ! Is there a way to work around this ? I do not understand why zapier does it ! I am building a zapier app which is using the vm2 module. But for some reason, zapier decides to exclude many files from the module causing the app to error.I am trying to add"includeInBuild": [ "node_modules/vm2/*", "node_modules/vm2/lib/*.js", ]to the .zapierapprc file but it doesn’t work.Everytime I link my app to a zapier project, the .zapierapprc goes back to default, deleting those lines.If I just add the lines and runs zapier build, it doesn’t include the files either.What am I doing wrong.

I have a Google Sheet which adds new WooCommerce orders to a row. I need the step by step instructions for how to update an existing row looking for the order number and then amending the column order status. For example, order number 1234 is created and is set to status “processing” in my sheet. When I change the order status in WooCommerce to completed, I want the sheet to reflect that update on the original row. At the moment, everything I do just creates a new row so I have multiple rows with the same order number but different statuses. Does anyone have the step-by-step instructions to create this zap? I’m really stuck. I did email Zapier but no response after 4 days!
I’m using a Zap to take a new payment in QBO and duplicate the record in AirTable. I’m having a problem with getting the Payment Method from QBO. I’ve tried ‘Payment Method Ref’ but no data is being returned, even though my test data says “Check”. Anyone have any experience with this?Thank you.

Have Zapier Save the file from the download link (happy to setup most appropriate email account and redirect email as needed) 2. Hey guys, so here is my current set up. Facebook ads is connected to Salesforce so that a new lead is created when a user messages us from our ad. When that lead is created, all the necessary marketing identifiers are included - lead ID, ad set ID, campaign ID, etc. When the lead is converted, a separate record is created to trigger the zapier process. The zapier trigger should then push this conversion back into Facebook. What I don’t know is whether I should be using the Facebook Converions Integration or the Facebook Offline Converions Integration. I’ve tried both, and neither of the conversions or events that I sent in were “matched” to the user that clicked on the ad (which I don’t understand because the lead ID is unique to that user, right?). Anybody who has a similar use case know which is the way to go?
A managed service is one where a company B takes the service from a company A in bulk and create a personalized service from a number of companies that would not directly be able to access A because too complex or because they need more services that company A does not provide. I’m trying to search a google sheet’s column for a value, and only if it the value is present, then continue with the Zap.I’ve tried a bunch of the Google Sheet Action Events (namely: ‘Lookup Spreadsheet Row’) but am not getting the effect I need. Really struggling to see how to find out if a value is present in a column.Thanks for any help with this! :)
I am trying to create a Zap that when I create a Zoom meeting, that a Meetup Event is created. The fields for date and time are wreaking havoc on my zap as they are not the same format so I keep getting an error message that the start time is wrong. I’ve tried multiple iterations of the format but I think it’s because the fields are not the same. And if I manually type a start time, that will default into the Meetup which would be wrong.I am not finding any help in any of the university courses, and find it annoying that I cannot get live help! Anyone created a zap like this or is this not the right tool for this?
Hi there, I am needing to capture data from updated engagements in HubSpot.We are wanting to measure turnaround time of specific tasks in HubSpot. Here is my current setup:Part 1: Capture the time of creation of a task (using filter to only print those tasks “Not Started” to the Sheet) Part 2: Capture the time of completion for tasks (using filter to capture completion of a specific task by task status, “Completed”) You’ll notice that my trigger for Part 2 is “New Engagement in HubSpot” which doesn’t seem like it’d work. But when I first setup and tested it, the trigger seemed to pick up updates to tasks as well as new tasks.I tested by creating a new task in the “Not Started” column in HubSpot and then completed the task shortly thereafter. My setup in Part 1 and Part 2 ran successfully in each instance. After reviewing our sheets data, it I am guessing Part 2 only worked in my test because the time between creation and completion of the task was minimal and HubSpot spot saw the “Co

SS is connected to Zap but won’t allow me to save the form on SS.When I remove Zapier as the storage in SS form, I get the error message saying I can’t save the form. When I remove Zapier as the storage and use my email as the storage instead, the form saves correctly. It’s as if Zapier is the issue being the storage place. *I contacted SS and they said it’s not an issue with their site.
Hi Zapier community, I am trying to do something specific so I will try and lay out the use case and how I am going about it and where I am having trouble. Background:I am using Monday as a CRM for lead management. Often the best form of communication is email and SMS messages. Monday has an update section for every item. Currently all emails 2 and from are automated and placed in the update column with integrations. For SMS I need to copy and paste the text messages in manually each time. What I am trying to do:1- When Text comes in or goes out, it is forwarded in email format to a Zapier email address(done)2- Zapier parses the info from the text so that it can pick up the phone number, incoming/outgoing status and the text from the message. I am working with a new client that uses clickfunnels as a webpage to generate leads and zoho as a CRM. We would like the contacts that are collected in clickfunnels to go directly to the zoho CRM. I’m concerned about the “one-direction” zap, because it appears that the “integration” is only to zap contacts from zoho to clickfunnels, but not from clickfunnels to zoho.Does this is integration support sending information/contacts collected in clickfunnels and sending them to zoho?
If I upload a video to my Dropbox folder, then a row in Google Sheets gets updated. Everything works fine if I upload one single video only. But if I upload more than one video at once, then things do not work. I explain the issue in this screencast:

I asked this question on the Airtable forum a few days ago with no response yet. Maybe someone here has run into this issue and has a suggested solution. https://community.airtable.com/t/using-form-responses-to-create-junction-table-to-calculate-assembly-cost/33523 The most basic description of the issue is that forms return data horizontally (one row, many columns), when performing calculations, you want to work with data vertically (many rows, some columns), and there is no transpose function within Airtable to my knowledge.Currently, we have a manual work around by copy/paste a single row or export/import csv for entire table from our form data table into Google sheets, then transpose, then re-copy and paste back data into our BOM table. I would like to be able to automate this but haven’t been successful yet. The automation steps seem to want to create a single record/single row. I haven’t fully explored using a multi-step zap, but with 50+ items chosen on the form, the concept
