Zapier -> Database: Dropdown menu items sent as number

Hi!I’m using Zapier to update fields in Clio, essentially a client management database for law firms. I don’t believe any knowledge of Clio is necessary for this problem.My goal is to update a client’s case info using Zapier when an attorney selects an option in Google Forms. I have everything working, and most of the information transfers perfectly. However, if the information sent by Zapier needs to update a dropdown option, it sends a number to the database field instead of selecting the correct text string. As a workaround, I have been able to set up a filter in Zapier where if the number being sent = {this number}, then send {this text}. However, this requires running every possibility of dropdown options to discover the numbers, and is simply not a realistic solution.I haven’t been able to find any similar issues described in the forum. Does anyone know what could be going on here? Thank you for your help!

So I have a discord server and would like to have posts from an RSS feed for once a day, but there is no way to schedule this in Zapier as once you setup a schedule the next option for RSS is to create an item. What would be a better way to achieve this? Or am I stuck going the code route?

How I get my Google tasks and their subtasks correct into Trello?

Hi AllI have the problem I can not get my Google task properly moved to Trello.A Google task with subtask will be trasfered to Trello. But in Trello the subtask get its own card (Trello task so to say). Thats not how it’s soposed to be. Cards in Trello have checklist and I would expect I can map the Google subtasks to the checklist section of a Trello card. Using Google Sheets Lookup to find multiple matches

I’ve set up a Zap to send course reminder emails based on the date in a Google spreadsheet matching today’s date. I used the “Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” action, which it turns out worked fine, except it stops at the first match.If I use “Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support)”, it returns all of the matches, but they’re all grouped together.My next steps in the Zap are to filter by course (so it needs to only match certain results from the lookup) and then send an individual email to each match through Outlook.

Hubspot trigger list do not work

Hi,  I made a Zap for connect Hubspot to Pipedrive. The trigger is "New contact in list".  It was working but since today, it is down. I tested this Zap and it is ok. But when I activate, nothing appens. Even if I have new contact in a list in Hubspot.  I tested lot of solutions : reconnect my accounts, test dynamic and static lists, use workflows in Hubspot.. but the result is the same : nothing.  Have you encountered this problem before?

Acuity and Schedule Once integration cancellations

Hi all, I have successfully managed to link my Schedule Once and Acuity Calendars to a point where if a client books in through Schedule Once it’’ block time out of my acuity calendar. My question is, if someone cancels an appointment on schedule once - how can I zap this my Acuity Calendar? My only options seem to be to block off time, or add a package/coupon code.

Error: The App Returned "File not found" Due to Missing Google Sheet in My Drive

Hello.We migrated all of our information from one Google sheet to a newly created sheet in the same drive, so I had to update all of the information in approximately ten Zaps. It was able to load, and configure the column triggers, the new spreadsheet perfectly fine for the first seven Zaps, then on the eighth, after attempting to turn it on, it produced an error “The App Returned "File not found".After retracing my steps in the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” trigger, the Spreadsheet could no longer be found! Even though I finalized all previous steps by locating it, it was no longer found. After going back into the previously updated Zaps, the sheet was no longer found either!I can manually add the “Spreadsheet ID” to the Custom spreadsheet field and it pulls the columns/information just fine, but when attempting to turn it on, it once again displays that same error.How does it locate the sheet perfectly fine and then just loses it when there have been no changes ma

I  have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome.  OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL.  The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona.    The company needs to enroll one or more affiliates to the course but they do not want to have the billing information and billing persona the same as the actual enrolled students.    The students will receive professional credits, to that extend

Updated Gravity Form Fields Not Showing In Zapier?

I have a Zap that connects a Gravity Form in WordPress to a Google Sheet.  It is working fine, however, I added some new fields to the Gravity Form and corresponding fields to my Google Sheet. When i go back to update the Zap, the Google Sheet Column name shows up but I do not see the corresponding Gravity Form field to insert.  And...Some old fields that I deleted from the Gravity Form still appear.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

How do you set targeted inventory on a Shopify ZAP when creating a new product?

I need to auto create new products in Shopify from a Data export in Google Sheets.It’s working up to the point of stock Quantity.The issue is there is no where to stipulate Tracked Inventory in creating a product and so I am unable to set the Quantity of the new product until the product is marked as so.Should I use a WEB HOOK API in between creating a product and setting inventory or is there a simpler way to do it?
