Hello!

Everyday I am looking at the stock levels of our products and everyday I create a new worksheet with the stock alerts on GoogleSheet. I would like to send every morning a message to the sales by slack including a screenshot (or similar) of the new worksheet. Do you have any idea how to do that?

Thank you so much in advance!!

Hi @Adriane

This workflow might help you: https://zapier.com/apps/schedule/integrations/slack/260022/snap-daily-screenshots-of-websites - however I’m not sure if it will be able to take a pic of a Google Sheet. For sure, it will need to be Google Sheet that is accessible to all, not a private one.

Hi @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu ! Thank you so much, that’s a nice one!

However I have tried and my problem as you said is that I cannot put my google worksheet into “public mode” because of the data protection of my company. And so the picture cannot be taken by the HCTI API :’( And using an other public googlesheet for such important infos is not possible...

Any idea how to solve that?

I’m trying all sorts of combinations

Maybe late to the party, but I think this integration can help your use case: https://zapier.com/apps/getscreenshot/integrations

Basically, you can pass a URL, the screenshot will be taken and then you can pass the resulting screenshot to Slack or any other integration that can receive it.

Definitely easier to setup that with other available solution for this type of workflow.
