Facebook Lead Ads not triggering

This post was split from topic:  I’ve noticed more problems this morning…I got a lead today and it shows up on FacebookThe Zap didn’t trigger even though when I manually jump into testing the zap and reload the New Leads trigger from Facebook, the lead shows up…Obviously something isn’t right with this integration.

Can’t post picture to Facebook page “Your photos couldn’t be uploaded” error

Hi I try to make a fb post with picture's. This is the step  I have made Made a google sheet where I have the post text in column A and the Pictures in column BIts a test pictures and the link is https://admin.norsktradisjonsmat.no/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/shutterstock_142929526-blomster-eng-1160x655.jpg So it wount work. This it the setup.   Not sure whats wrong.Someone know? Or can point me to a good guide?

Passing media file from Dropbox to Descript giving 400 Error.

I am trying to pass an audio file saved in a previous Dropbox Action, as an input to request a transcript in a Descript action. When I try the Descript step, I get the following 400 error:  Error from halted execution: The file pointed by the URL does not seem to be an audio file (Content-Type of https://ucf570eb91d679d62051ae4a9b17.dl.dropboxusercontent.com/cd/0/get/B2Fz76sGvL6Zaq-QWW-PM84rQWADjpL2tkTl8FOl-5szK7QmWKDB5iVVHxx6X8b4WrP5zpjEK3gLJFLEKgc8SXGFj2SRPwmul1EvJ6ytWNauCp2DHtEScrsoWNnaQn96K0zgP3vOzCN3Bq_BwYgI87btKUgxY9dz10h8h861JK1Qw03f9reUOFD7FZZ7S0sqlO0/file was application/json) I confirmed that the link does lead to an MP3, and have tried multiple file link fields from the Dropbox step but all return this error.  Any ideas?

Why did my zap stop working

I have a Reddit → GPT → Slack Zap that was working and it isn’t anymore. I am not sure if it is not triggering or something else. I believe I have an enterprise account but the live chat will not let me chat with support. Can I get some help?

Microsoft Excel Zap Timestamp Output Issue: Non-Numeric Value Prevents Evaluation with Date & Time Functions

Hello,Please I would appreciate if you can help me with the following issue. I am using a Zap to transfer data to a file. And I am capturing the timestamp each time a new data row is added by using “{{zap_meta_pst_iso}}”. I later need to use date & time functions to evaluate this timestamp.I first built a Zap connected to a GoogleSheet and it was working as expected. But I needed to migrate it to Excel online, and now the timestamp output is a non-numeric value (i.e.  2023-04-26T12:34:33-05:00 ) that prevents me to evaluate it with the date & time functions.I could add a Date-Time formatter action to modify the timestamp in Excel online, but that would duplicate the tasks I am using. I could also format the timestamp directly in Excel online using Text functions, but that would affect the performance of my file. The 2 solutions are unpractical as I am currently running more than a thousand tasks daily in this file.Please can you suggest me an alternative approach. I was trying

Zap has automatically run when MailChimp contacts didn't unsubscribe

Hi, I have a zap set up which automatically recognises when a MailChimp subscriber unsubscribes from a mailer and then updates their record in my Maximizer CRM.Unfortunately, I just archived a number of contacts that hadn’t unsubcribed and the zap has automatically triggered. My questions are:Why did the zap trigger when I archived the contacts? I didn’t realise the archiving was linked to the unsubscribing? Is there a way to stop the zap from activating when I archive contacts? I’d rather archive the contacts than delete them completely Is there a way to undo the zap, without having to go into every record manually?! There are 447!Many thanks

Notion error: The version of the API does not support this type of block type. Please upgrade your API version

When I forward an email to zapier that then goes into a Notion Database, I’m having issues with the “Content” field in Notion.  I have the Zap set on that field to to “Body Plain”.  When I send an email to zapier, it creates the notion database item however, the content has a lot of HTML text with some plain text mixed in.I’m trying to figure out how to get the actual body of the email to come across so that it looks the same.  Any tips or ideas on this?  I’m using Spark email as my client email.  I wish Spark would create a “Service” for notion :).

Zapier registers double income to Quipu

Hello!If I register a sale of 2 units, 1€ each, including taxes, that is of course a total sale of 2€. But Zapier sends wrong information to Quipu, my invoicing platform. These images correspond to the same test sale. First one from my Wocommerce POS, second one from Quipu. What am I doing wrong?

Teachable 401 "you can't do that" error

Hi there. I'm on the Zapier Pro plan but I keep getting a 401 error saying "you can't do that". I've tried reconnecting my zapier account and re-entering my subdomain, but I'm still having the same problem.

Zap error: result_message: Could not add contact; missing email address

There is no warning.If i test the Zap with an existing  email adresses everthing works fine - contact is running into Active Campagin.But as the FB Lead Ad is running now, no contct is running into Active Campaign. IIm wondering about one message in the zap history which says:result_message: Could not add contact; missing email addressCan you help me?

Downloading QB Online Invoice to OneDrive file is blank

Testing a zap that triggers when a new invoice is created in QuickBooks Online - the creation of a new invoice tiggers a folder to be created in OneDrive, this works. Then using ‘upload a file in OneDrive’ to download a PDF of that invoice and put it into the folder just created. Testing it says it’s worked but no file shows in the folder, when visiting the link on the test an empty/blank file is downloaded. Using the QuickBooks field ‘PDF: (Exists but is not shown)’ - how can I get this working? HubSpot-Gmail Zap not logging sent emails in HubSpot

I created a zap so when a new customer is added to a contact list in HubSpot it will automatically send out an email from my gmail account.  The gmail account is integrated with HubSpot to track and log emails.  However, when the email is sent using the zap, it doesn’t log it into HubSpot.  I can view the email in my sent folder in gmail.  Any suggestions as to why it doesn’t log into HubSpot?

Failed to create a text transform in Formatter by Zapier: The app returned "Transform P10257" not found.

I’m working with the formatter. Extracted my text from “2304-2511-0257” which is “10257”. How come I cannot find any means to transform into “P10257”??? Seems so simple. I’ve tried operators and quotation marks …. no luck

Hubspot to Mailchimp Zap not updating any field except email

Hi,  We manually add new deals to Hubspot and want that data to be exported to Mailchimp. We added a Zap for it, but it only exports email field and leaves all the other fields such as name, location, company name etc.  Any suggestions on how we can fix this?  Thanks.

New Card Trello Trigger not firing with new card created through chrome applet

I use the Trello add card chrome applet a lot, but when I try to create a Zap for “New card created” it does not fire for those cards (it does for cards added manually). I have the Zap configured to just look at the board and list I want it to and still not seeing those cards. I have even tried triggering on “new label added to card” (added via butler / Trello Automation - the new label automation in Trello DOES work for these cards) but still not seeing those cards.  I let my zap run (both configurations) for a few days just to be sure, but still nothing. I started looking at the Trello automation to post to an endpoint (thinking of using Zapier webhook) and think I could go that route, but then I need to dig into the variables I need in the payload… seems like a lot of work and not sure if it will work.

SMTP by Zapier error: Authentication failed: Connection unexpectedly closed: timed out

I am trying to connect STMP by Zappier to my email provider. We use bluehost - roundcube webmail. Port 465. Keep getting the error saying:authentication failed: Connection unexpectedly closed: timed out Can anyone advise? is it because we use .org mail addresses? going on day 3 of not being able to set this up and it’s the main reason we are migrating to Zapier so need it to work!

Google Assistant integration to ChatGPT malfunctioning

Hi guys. Zapier docs saying under test circumstances it's 50 seconds to wait for the answer until closing connection to a 3rd party service like ChatGPT.I am trying to compare the answers for the question piped through via zapier to ChatGPT, and the raw content from the web interface, but it's totally different.Mostly i got error messages back, like i don't get it etc.It seems the delay for the response of ChatGPT service is too short, because simply the integration of Google assistant is failing to work. Anybody has a Google Assistant -> ChatGPT integration experience?

Facebook Leads only sends email addresses to Mailchimp and not populating first name/last name.

Hello - I currently have a Zap for FB lead ads to MailChimp.  The issue I am having is that it is only sending email addresses to MailChimp and not populating first name/last name.  I currently have 250 leads in MailChimp with only email addresses. How do I fix this going forward and is it possible to populate the existing contacts in MailChimp with first name/last name - WITHOUT doing it manually.  Minimum of first name is important for email sequencing.When this was tested, it seemed to populate fine, so I am not certain why it isn’t working with actual leads from FB.   Any help would be appreciated!ThanksShelly

Hubspot "Find Contact" Action: Not Finding All Contacts and Stopping After First contact is found

We probably have something configured incorrectly but we’re having issues with the “Find Contact” action when integrating with hubspot. Our Zap is supposed to:  Look up specific deals based on swim lane Based on a deal property, find contacts who share the same property  Associate the identified contacts with the dealFor example, we offer a product with seat licenses. We have a deal with a single contact associated to it. We want to find ALL of the contacts who are part of this account (seat holders) and associate them to the deal. For the most part, everything is working. It finds the correct deals, filters the right properties, and associates them to the deal correctly. Our main issue is, it stops after finding one contact when there are at least 15-20 others that should have been associated. Are we using find contact incorrectly? Is it designed to stop after finding the first contact?
