Calendar Appointment Title Ignored: Zapier only passes start, end, and attendee email

my calendar appointments are created howewer the only set of data that appears to be passed into the zap is the start and end date as well as the attendee email.  All else is ignored and the appointment name is always set to default “appointment” instead of the provided data.

 

while testing there is no error and all data appears to be present.
