Google Sheets to Excel Transfer Error: "An unexpected error has occurred"

Hi there, 

I am creating a transfer from Google Sheets to Excel. 

These two Apps are both used in other Zaps so I know the connect is good. When I’m at the connect to Excel step and click ‘next’.

 

The following error is displayed. “An unexpected error has occurred” has anyone else experienced this error / have a fix?
