I saw a similar post on this but it was unresolved so I’m asking here too. 

 

I’d like Zoom meeting registrants to be added to a list in HubSpot. The test worked perfectly, but none of the other contacts/registrants are showing up in the HubSpot list. How can I get them properly synced?

Good question.

To help us have more context, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

No prob. Here are the steps I tried:

Again, the test worked but no other registrants have been added to this list.

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Have there been new meeting registrants since the Zap was turned ON?

@Troy Tessalone ah got it. Yes, new registrants have been added. I’ll have to just manually add the ones that registered before I turned on the Zap. Thanks!
