How to format date from Google Calendar to Calendly using Zapier

I need to format the date from Google Calendar (2024-12-18T08:30:00-03:00) to ISO 8601 Calendly (2024-12-18T11:45:00Z or 2024-12-18T11:45:00+00:00).I've been trying with Zapier Formatter in many ways and always fails. Facebook Lead Ads not being triggered

I have a range of accounts & zaps across Zapier. One particular Facebook Lead Ads account is struggling to consistently be triggered by a new lead, to then zap to Gmail & Google Sheets. Despite having all necessary ad account, portfolio & page access required (full admin) any new lead does not seem to trigger the automation. I've tried connecting the Facebook Lead Ads business admin app, but this also doesn't work.

Preventing infinite autoresponder loops in RingCentral texts

I have a zap that monitors a line in Ring Central (RC), if it receives a text to that line, it responds with a canned message, but if it replies to a line that has the same set-up on their end, the autoresponders keep responding to each other in a never ending loop. I need a way to keep this from happening. Is there a way for me to keep it from sending a message to the same phone number more than once in a 24 hour period? Thank, Jason

Business Instagram Account not Prepopulating when Configuring New Zap with Instagram Business App Update

Hello! Because of the Business Instagram/Meta Zap migration that is required, I am attempting to recreate a new zap that is triggered when a new IG post is published. I have a Business Instagram account (I have confirmed this) and I have the Meta Business Suite for Facebook. However, when I go to configure the zap, my Instagram account does not populate: I found a different help thread that has since closed that recommended that I check Business Integrations under settings on my Facebook to ensure that I have allowed Zapier to integrate with my Business Facebook page. Interestingly enough, I don’t even have the Business Integrations button on my account? Instead, I had to go to my Meta Suite, find “Integrations” and then Zapier didn’t populate. Only an integrated platform called Gipper. There is no ability to add another Integration here or change any settings (beyond removing an integration: And based off of that alert at the top, it seems that Zapier is partially connected? New Wix forms not appearing in automations

Good afternoon. I’m having trouble pulling new wix forms to Zapier automations. I already saw other users having the same issue. The thing is that Zapier doesn't find any of the new forms created in Wix, which is a major issue for Wix Managers. I already tried to manually write the new form ID: it didn’t work. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.

My Zaps are triggering twice

I have Zapier Tables. Most of my ZAPS trigger from a new record created and they are triggering from VIEW Tables or a Table that has been filtered from the Main Table Let's me give you the steps 1) I create a record in JotForm 2) Jotform connects to a Table and creates a record in the Main Table (we will call this Table 1) 3) At this point there is only 1 record in the Main Table (Table 1) 3) The Main Table (Table 1) is filtered to create a View Table; the Zap then triggers from the View Table 4) The ZAP is triggered and runs, and the purpose of the ZAP is to create a NEW Record in second Table (we will call this Table 2) 5) The ZAP should create only 1 new record in Table 2 but instead it is creating 2 records in Table 2 How do I know that it is an issue with the View Table (from Table 1)? If I have the ZAP trigger from the Main Table (Table 1) instead of the View Table (or sub stable to Table 1) and then filter by the same filter I used to create the View Table (or sub table to Table

Dehydrating a CSV (Files by Zapier) Not Working

Hi there, I have a fairly simple zap, an Email Parser is sent an email with an attached csv which comes through as a hydrated file (hydrate|||.eJwtT8...qrTE|||hydrate). A Files by Zapier step is used to extract the csv data from the attachment, and then the final step is to upload this data somewhere. When testing the steps via the Zapier GUI it works fine every time, the Files by Zapier step successfully takes the attachment as an input (hydrated file) and provides a csv data output. However when this runs automatically (when an email comes through), the output of the Files by Zapier step is just the hydrated file text again (hydrate|||.eJwtT8...qrTE|||hydrate). I can’t see why this works fine when I test the step, but doesn’t work when the step runs itself - it should be the same behaviour. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix this? Or if there’s an easy alternate way to grab the data from a csv attachment? I also tried a Webhook > Get step (as per this guide) b

I changed the format of the phone number field to text to avoid this problem, but it still exists. Can someone help me my issue ?

Google Sheets delayed in triggering despite 2min update time

Good morning! I have a proffesional account with an update time of 2 minutes. Now I notice that it often takes much longer than these 2 mint hours. My zaps work when a new row is added in Google Spreadsheets. I have the spreadsheet open and see the rows being added, then I wait for action from Zapier but this sometimes takes up to half an hour. I would like to hear if several people suffer from this and if anyone has a solution for this. Greetings, Thomas

When I do it manually the leads send over, but when a lead comes in it’s not automatically sending to notion for some reason. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Failed to create a task in ClickUp The app returned "Value is not a valid phone number".

I’ve searched for answers but no one actually posts the solution for some reason. So I shot a video to show what my setup looks like and what I tested. But I honestly don’t know if I should be talking to Zapier or ClickUp about this. No matter what I do, I continue to get the error “Failed to create a task in ClickUp - The app returned "Value is not a valid phone number".

YouTube Zap showing private video instead of new video in playlist

The trigger is showing me private video with a private video link but if i go to the playlist of that trigger i can see a new video with a different link and that video was never triggered, this started happening a couple weeks ago idk how to fix it, please help.

Google Sheets lookup spreadsheet row shows all columns except the last five (H-L)

Hello, I want my Zap to read a specific row from a google sheet and then insert the values into a google doc template.My Zap is triggered by the customer number from a google forms. Then as Action I use Lookup Spreadsheet Row for google sheets. There I input for what column should be searched for. Here Zapier sees the column H, I, J, K and L. But when I am in my next Action “Create Document from Template in Google Docs” it doesn’t show the option to take the value from column H-L and I can’t find out why, everything else is working and all columns and rows are filled till L. There is no spacing or empty column in betweeen or something like that .. Any help is much appreciated!

My FB new lead > webhooks blog has been working for many years. But sometimes (cases are becoming more frequent now) the fields of the contact data of the leads are not transmitted, the data from fb is present in the logs, the masks are configured correctly, but for some reason they are not captured.

Subject: Issue with "Successful Sale in PayPal" Trigger on Zapier Email Body: Hello Zapier Team, I am facing an issue with my Zap configured to capture successful sales on PayPal. The "Successful Sale in PayPal" trigger is not working as expected. Here are the details of the problem: I am certain that I copied and pasted the webhook URL generated in rectangle 1 (trigger of my Zap) into the URL box on the IPN page of my PayPal. I also pasted the same webhook URL generated in rectangle 1 (trigger "Successful Sale in PayPal") when creating a webhook. To test my Zap, I created a sandbox seller account, generated a link/QR code, and pasted it on my website. I logged out of the seller account, logged into the buyer account, went to the site, and made a purchase. The purchase was correctly recorded in both the buyer and seller sandbox accounts, but the Zap did not detect the purchase. Adding Wealthbox contact to household

I keep getting an error message when trying to have a contact added to a household in Wealthbox. My Zap successfully creates a new contact when a meeting is booked as well as successfully creating a new household. My next set is to find a contact and then add that contact to a household. it is successful during a Test, but is not successful outside of the Test. Zapier isn't detecting New Leads from Distribute in my CRM

Anybody have any experience using Zapier to connect your CRM to Distribute.so? It’s a fairly new tool I’m using for capturing leads. It integrates with Zapier but it is not detecting new leads coming in. There are over 30 leads on my account and more coming in every day. Square Space and klayvio not working at all

Hi All. I am trying to set up a integration between Square Space and klayvio.. user completes the form on the SS site, the data is meant to go into Klayvio.. I have set up many zaps all of work.. this one is not working at all. In Zapier i can see the forms i want to connect from Square Space, I can see the list i want the data to go to. yet nothing works except the first test (which is NOT seeing my form submissions on test data) The Klayvio list is set to single opt in.. Any help would be amazing. thank you

Issues with Logify bookings populating into Quickbooks

I’ve set up a Zap to integrate Logify with Quickbooks. The first 2 transactions were fine. Then a transactions for unconfirmed booking then declined booking keeping populating and a new booking is not (even though the first 2 were fine).

Chatgpt invalid image format error

Hey, I am trying to send jpg or png files from my dropbox to chatgpt to transform the handwritten image to text. Chatgpt app gives an invalid image format error. I changed the format to jpg to png, i tried to make links public. I am sure they are downloadable. One other recomendation was changing the chatgpt model but i couldnt find how to… When i choose “analyse image “ in setup there is no dropdown menu to choose the model. Can you help me troubleshoot this? Thanky you in advance!

Troubleshooting WordPress connection issues with Zapier and MailChimp

I’ve exhausted all the help topics around connecting WordPress to Zapier. We’re just trying to tag new WordPress subscribers in MailChimp. WP seems to be successfully connected, then a day or two later it disconnects. Anyone know of a workaround, or is it just not possible to keep WP connected in Zapier?
