Hi, I am having the same issue where I set up a Zap from the email parser to pull from Gmail and then data should be sent to Aweber. The test worked fine, but I had a real event today, and the data was not sent. Please help. thanks

Before we dive deeper into this, could you please try these troubleshooting steps for me?
Hope you don’t mind but we’ve moved your reply out into a brand new topic so it can be addressed separately. Really sorry to hear that Email Parser isn’t triggering as expected.
I ran a live test just now and was able to trigger a Zap from a parsed email. Can you double-check and confirm that the email address the emails are being forwarded to match the mailbox that’s been selected in the Zap? If you’ve got multiple mailboxes it could just be that a different mailbox was selected in the Zap.
And can you confirm whether the event emails that are being missed match one of the templates that have been set up?
