Hi Team.

We’re getting this error message on our zaps -

Found 1 new Lead in Facebook Lead Ads.

Error message: Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: The app returned "Unsupported get request. Object with ID '2015540195528756' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API docum…

We have never had this issue before. I noticed it was flagged as bug with Zapier a year ago. Could someone please reach out and me know if this is a bug on Zapier’s end or an issue we need to fix? peter.karanicolas@mrisoftware.com

Thanks!

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out! I'm Shane with Zapier Support. I’m happy to help!

I understand you're seeing the following error on one or more of your Zap(s) using Facebook Lead Ads.

Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'XXXXXX' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions

We've found that Facebook Lead Ads is currently experiencing an outage on its platform, which is affecting your Zaps. This issue stems from a broader Meta incident that is impacting all users of the Facebook Graph API, including us here at Zapier.

You can view more info in this Meta Developer Community Post.

The error you’re seeing is a direct result of this incident. Unfortunately, we're unable to retrieve lead information at this time. That said, we have found that about 30% of Zap runs are still running successfully, but we recognize that this is disrupting your workflow.

Our engineers are working with Meta and doing everything in our power to mitigate the effects of this issue. While the root cause is outside of our control, we're fully committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

We've called an incident on our side, and our team will be providing updates on our status page.

I'm sorry for the trouble this is causing. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any further updates as we receive them from the Meta team.

Looks like its fixed?

What's happening?! Have the same thing on... I replayed the entire zap, and it is working, but it has to be manually triggered.

Seems like Zaps have started triggering again. Will have to go back and manually trigger the ones that were stopped it seems

We are getting the same issue. No leads coming in on the 12th and 13th of September. Last one is from Wednesday.

Hi @marton,

It looks like the Facebook Lead Ads issue has been completely resolved: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/s3gw554r1rdr

Hi @ken.a ,

Thanks for help!

Hi @PascalK93,

Could you please try reconnecting your Facebook Lead Ads account and after that please replay the errored runs to see if it’ll work?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
